Chris was great as he led us through the prep to do the 25.3 workout. There were a couple of us posting the workout for the Open and there were no others in the class. We had the judges we needed and it was a great workout.

I had a great time getting introduced to the space, the equipment, proper form, and to Cami herself. I feel much more comfortable with getting started in a group setting and know I will be in good hands. For once, I feel like this is where I am supposed to be and am excited to start my CrossFit journey.

Great job today, Coach Chris started stretching for us today! So amazing to have such great teamwork at DOXSa. You can tell all the coaches really care. Kevin finished out the class and gave clear instructions and guidance for everyone throughout the class. Most everyone needed something at some point it was a class of about 9-10. So busy and a lot of people but I never felt lost or if I fell into shadows (even though you want to sometimes when Kevin is coaching). Meaning he pushes us all to do more and go a little harder then we want too. Great job!! I showed up, I conquered the strength, workout, amd accessory without cheating myself or dying. Thank you coach for showing up for me today too!

Cami is awesome. She does a great job coaching. Monday’s workout was a good one, challenging but achievable. Tuesday… it could have easily been 6-8 rounds. Honest - it’s harder to be motivated to go to the gym when the WOD is 5-7 minutes. I know they are higher intensity, but our bodies actually thrive and change best with more than 30min of elevated heart rate/cardio work. Just one person’s opinion, but if you’re asking, this is my honest feedback.

Cami does a great job of tailoring my work outs to my abilities and making sure I am doing the right movements for each exercise. She also encourages everyone to do the stretching exercises at the end of the workout. I like that she puts her name on the board and is the only coach that I have seen do that. She makes sure that everyone understands the exercises and gives great demonstrations. She is a very knowledgeable and competent coach.

The workout was definitely a challenge, in a great way. It pushed my back squats and I hit another PR. The AMRAP workout was brutal in the best way and I know those muscles are going to get stronger from that workout!

Marie’s coaching was excellent. Her strategy for the workout was spot on (specifically emphasizing focusing coming off of bike prior to box jumps). I realized this in the first round. She is great and I look forward to days when she is coaching.

Kevin is the best. He takes the time to explain each movement and tell you what part of the body you should be focusing on. He also shows us each movement and corrects us accordingly. In addition to pushing us, he takes the time post workout to stretch us and talk through recovery. Really appreciate his knowledge and coaching! Also a really cool guy that you enjoy being around. A positive supportive coach!
