Coach Missy was great. I am returning to more serious fitness while dealing with a new and unsettling health issue. She was attentive, asked great questions, and started me off at a safe pace with a specially designed fitness plan. I couldn't have felt more comfortable! Having a tailored plan to help me return to normal activities is more than I could ask for. Great session!

I re-started my DEKA classes at Done-Done Fitness after a few months off. The new facility is great. The staff there welcomed me back with open arms. My first class was tough but the coaches kept a watchful eye on me as to not overdo it. Glad to be back! 💪💪😓😓

Done Done Fitness and the coaches are amazing. Missy is wonderful. She takes an interest in your health beyond the gym thinking about all of the factors that could improve and hinder your best health possible. As someone with several old injuries I appreciate the specialized workout that will get me stronger and not aggravate old injuries. I highly recommend done done

My opinion of DDF coaching has not changed over last 14 months, I give it 5 stars or whatever the top rating is at the time. Just as welcoming and challenging as ever. The source of strength and success comes from the team Missy assembled, good people that have a way of bringing out the best in others. For me, I look forward to this as it helps me to stay positive.

It was my first class at the new location gym and I was thoroughly impressed. The open space is fantastic, offering plenty of room to move and workout comfortably. I particularly appreciated the individualized exercise plans tailored to each participant's needs. As always, the coaches were excellent, providing great support throughout the session!

It was my first semi private class with DD. It was weird not working out with everyone in a class atmosphere, but I guess I’ll adjust. Actually, I think I will do good with this new approach. Looking forward to getting leaner and stronger.

I don’t recall the individuals name who helped me today (it wasn’t Missy but she was also there). He was great in demonstrating to me the exercises I was not familiar with and offered guidance throughout my workout for opportunities to improve my form. It’s always hard to compete with Staci’s high energy but I enjoyed the workout today.

Missy and all the coaches at Done Done Fitness are amazing! They are hands on, informative and provide that one on one communication I need when working out. They are able to modify my workout to fit my physical limitations. The atmosphere is very inviting. You truly feel like you belong. Highly recommend!

I'm really enjoying the personalized approach given by the coaches. My workouts are customized to fit my level of fitness and special care is given to tailor the workouts around my injury to help ensure that it continues to recover.
