I like the examples of what the exercises should look like and you spot checking to make sure I am doing it right. Also, I like doing two exercises after each one. It helps me to get a rhythm going
Even though we give you a hard time it’s so appreciated that you know when to push us, and understand us enough to know when we can’t do no more. I love that you know how to also change it up for all our individual needs.
Always there for advice if needed she can always change a work put exercise to fit whatever you have going on. With me this year I have had about 6 injuries and counting she is able to adjust things so I can still get a goid workout

Anne at Do It Right Fitness is amazing! Her energy is infectious! Her workouts hit all areas of the body and she knows everyone's capabilities and is able to switch an exercise if you cannot do whatever is planned. I love that she knows you can do better and pushes gently for you to try heavier weights or a different exercise to get you to your goals. I am so happy my husband and I found this gym!

I have been working out at Do It Right For almost a year now and I am so happy that I found them! Anne and Chris have helped me to challenge myself and will always help me adjust my form if there is an issue! I really have learned a lot. Today’s workout in particular was the first time I have been able to meet the goal for reps. I feel stronger and more confident than I did a year ago and I am having fun! I highly recommend Anne’s gym to anyone who wants to be stronger.

My experience with chris and ann at the gym have been nothing but good. They are patient. Modify workouts where needed. Both are very knowledgeable about exercise fitness and how to work through limitations. I am very thankful to have found a gym and trainers that are helpful and accepting of all that walk through the door.

Anne is a great trainer as she is aware of everyone’s capabilities and limitations. She always has an encouraging word when someone has pushed and made gains in the workout. If you want someone to guide you in fitness and push when she knows you’re capable Anne is your girl.

Anne did a great job today, as always. The class I attend has client at all different levels of fitness. Anne is great at having substitutions ready for each level. Today's class was a ladder, this is good because you work at your own pace. Anne is always moving from person to person making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. She knows what her clients can and can't do.
She’s always attentive to everyone’s mood and offers support and demos when needed thoughout the workout. It’s a mixed group of geriatric and middle aged folks, all with unique limitations and capabilities. She’s able to tailor workouts, on the fly in some cases, to match everyone’s situations.

Today was a challenge! Chris did a phenomenal job guiding us through every exercise and encouraged us when things got really tough. I appreciate the cues as to how many more reps we should be getting in as time runs low. That really pushes me to finish the set strong. Also the stretching bit at the end...always helpful. Especially today when Chris demonstrated the difference between using "using " the muscle vs "stretching" the muscle. Small tweaks make huge differences.
Chris is always positive and motivating . He’s extremely knowledgeable and will offer modifications. Whether the class has 5 students or 15, you feel like you got a one on one workout at the end because of the focus and individual attention he gives all his clients.
