I appreciate how observant coach DJ is while we’re exercising. It’s such a confidence builder to know he’s watching and ready to help support and perfect technique if required. My greatest concern when I started was injury, but DJ and all the coaches at DJK do a great job teaching, building confidence, keeping everyone safe, and making this a really accessible place to begin a fitness journey.

I can’t say enough great things about Adrian. My first session back in a while felt uplifting because he truly knows how to motivate and encourage without ever making you feel pressured. Adrian pushes you to give your best while keeping workouts fun and approachable.

Daizsha was very welcoming and friendly. She explained all of the exercises and made it clear that she’d be happy to explain it again if we forgot. She was very knowledgeable and diligent about explaining the benefits and which muscles we working. Her form was amazing, too. It was a great first class and I’m glad that it was with Daizsha.

It was my first time at this gym and my first thought was how clean and organized the place was. Not to mention the amazing quality equipment they had for us to use! The class itself was great, challenging, and at a pace that was comfortable for me. Coach DJ was great at making sure our form was correct and that we were lifting/exercising safely, which is really important to me and made him a stand-up coach and can imagine the other coaches are the same way as well! Definitely looking forward to taking more classes here.
I love when Daizsha trains my class. She gives clear feedback—letting me know what I’m doing wrong and recognizing what I’m doing right. The little corrections, like which foot should be the working foot or which muscles to engage during an exercise, make a big difference to me. The attention to detail is something I value in a coach.

I’ve had classes with DJ, Liz, and Daizsha all of them equally amazing! I was very intimated to try this gym out but a friend encouraged me and I started the 6 week challenge. It’s such a welcoming and supportive environment, I would highly recommend to anyone!
Amazing as always! Returning to the gym six months postpartum seemed daunting at first but Coach Daizsha made the transition easy. She is very encouraging and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. She also makes it a point to ensure that everyone in class is executing the workouts safely and with proper body mechanics. She creates a positive and safe workout environment and I look forward to taking more classes.
Nutrition class today was well-organized and provided and excellent overview of the concepts of sustainable nutrition and mindful eating The idea of "diet" as a noun, and not a verb, was also well-communicated. Coach Liz's presentation was easy to follow and enhanced by handouts and slides. Questions were handled well, indicating her strong background and interest in the topics of nutrition, exercise, and stress and sleep management. I left with increased resolve (and more tools) to address all of these areas in my day-to-day life. Thanks, Liz!

Coach Daizsha was great! It’s been awhile since I’ve stepped foot in the gym so I was feeling a little anxious, but right off the bat, Coach made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions. Dj Kelly is very knowledgeable and attentive coach. I had a great workout and was encouraged to challenge myself. These small classes feel like a one to one coaching session because everyone get personalized attention. You not only do strength training you also do functional movement exercises and your form is monitored/corrected to ensure safety. If you are looking to level up on your fitness goals this place is top notch!
Liz is an amazing coach. She explains all the exercises very clearly and demonstrates how to do them and the modifications that we can do . I’ve had my knee replaced and my other knee is bad so I always need a lot of modifications and help. Liz is always there for me even before I have to ask. She gives me the modifications and stays with me to make sure I’m doing it right. It’s really hard to ask for help and to have to do the exercises differently than anyone else. But Liz always makes me feel great about asking and that she’s genuinely happy to help me. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. 5 stars just isn’t enough for Liz !!!!!
Today’s class was a banger!! I walked out looking like a baby giraffe. Daizsha, as always explains every movement perfectly and keeps tabs on our form throughout the class. Today I hit my back squat PR 175 Great class today!

Tanners was my coach yesterday, I feel that Tanner makes you feel welcome before the class starts. He gives clear instructions. During the class he makes sure that I am doing my performance correctly and also compliments you once in while, which is great. I feel that Tanner is doing a great job!

I always enjoy class with both Coach Liz and Daizsha. Both coaches are very knowledgeable, supporting and encouraging. With being new to weight training and using the barbell, both coaches are always extremely patient and correct my form when needed. DJK Fitness is a great workout environment. It’s nice to have group training with other women and both coaches always make sure to go to each person throughout the workout to give 1-1 support. I started in June and I feel a huge difference physically, mentally, and emotionally than I did before.

I always feel supported when at Daizsha’s classes she checks my form and correct it to give me the best benefit to my workout. She is also there to spot me if needed when increasing my weights. I always really enjoy her mobility exercises and stretching.
