I had a great class with Lexi today- I am somewhat new to weight lifting and am trying to work on my front squat. Lexi gave me lots of options for hand positioning and lowering weight to get the body position right because I was losing my form because of my hand position, so we worked on correcting that.
Lexi was great!! It was my first time and she helped me feel super comfortable. She checked on me during class and was a phenomenal coach!

Christy is an dedicated coach. She has been nothing short of amazing, educating, and helpful as I recently decided to get back into fitness after almost 8 years. I had never done many of the workout exercises that are done at the gym but Christy was very patient with me as she taught me each exercise while also giving me examples of modifications to do to help build up my confidence and feel me safe/healthy from previous injuries. Highly recommend Christy as a coach !
Chris is always so helpful. Having equipment ready, guiding me on how much weight, even if I’ve done the exercise before he is happy to give refreshers and pointers and pushes me just enough!

I really enjoyed today’s class—great energy and a solid challenge. What stood out to me most was your coaching during the offset push-ups. You gave clear cues on how to keep a strong position, which helped me stay consistent even as fatigue set in. I also appreciated how you kept the class motivated and moving—your energy really helped push us through those final KB swings and row cals. Overall, it felt like you struck a great balance between encouragement and technical focus. Thanks for an awesome session!

Lexi is awesome—super sweet and easy to talk to. She really takes the time to build a connection and get to know you, which makes a big difference. You can tell she genuinely cares. That said, she’s not afraid to push you when it counts. Brings great energy without being intense—just a really positive, encouraging vibe all around.
Chris was awesome. He’s a great educator and gave the perfect combination of correction and motivation. He was in tune with what I wanted to achieve the entire time. Really great job. I’m looking forward to me next workout.

All good Chris. I should have made it earlier to the gym and introduced myself to help you understand why I take it so slow (past injury history). On the constructive side, I think the program was a bit too ambitious, or we were too many in the class which made the transitions slow. It was 6.53am and we were still mid way the MetCon. IMO we should always have at least 10 minutes for cooling down and stretching at the end, to ensure people don't walk back home hurting or physically stressed. Cheers!

Christy always does a great job helping us scale appropriately. Sometimes, left to my own devices, I'll choose an approach that is just too hard, and so I flame out and don't feel like I gave it my all -- or I choose something that's not challenging and feel like I could've done more. Christy is great about helping me reach that Goldilocks zone – just right!
As a new student, Christy was the right amount of helpful and motivational! I look forward to working out with her again.

Chris is fantastic! He creates a very welcoming environment and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. Even when the classes can be 16+ people, he always goes out of his way to make everyone feel special. He is motivating, knowledgeable, and gives intentional feedback on how to attack the workout or tweak a lift. Always positive and encouraging! We are lucky to have him!
