Justin taught an incredible class today! The vibes were immaculate start to finish, the workout was challenging without being defeating, and Justin continuously pushed us to work harder when he knew we were struggling!!! Dilligence is truly the only gym where you can start a workout as strangers and end feeling like a team!!!
I absolutely love coming here. It is always such an encouraging and empowering environment to be in and it makes you want to do better and go harder. They really help you lock in and focus on your goals and hold you accountable. All of the trainers are amazing no notes 10/10
Today’s gym session was great! Coach encouraged us to push ourselves by committing to beat our own initial times on the bike and ensured we had good form. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and sense of community felt from the moment you’re greeted at the door.
Yayo is such a motivating trainer! He has great energy and encourages me on days when I'm low energy and need an extra boost and hypes me up on days when I'm feeling great and powering through the workout. He demonstrates any movements I'm unfamiliar with and gives corrections to make sure I'm doing it in a way that safe and the most effective.
I haven’t worked out in a while but going to Dilligence has allowed a smooth transition into getting back in shape.
Yayo is the best trainer at Dilligence Training. He pays close attention to my form during every exercise, making sure I’m doing each movement correctly to avoid injury and get the most out of the workout. He designs workouts that challenge me just enough to push my limits without feeling overwhelming, and he always checks in to adjust the pace based on how I’m feeling that day. Working with Yayo makes me feel confident and motivated, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and endurance since training with him. The atmosphere at Dilligence Training combined with Yayo’s coaching makes every session feel productive and rewarding.

The class was great! The energy in the room was contagious - everyone was fully engaged and pushing themselves, which made the whole experience feel alive and motivating. The music was great too, perfectly timed to keep the momentum going without ever feeling overwhelming. Yayo kept the class engaged the entire time, constantly moving around to check on form, offering encouragement, and adjusting the pace to match the group’s energy. It wasn’t just a workout; it was an energizing session at Dilligence Training that left me feeling challenged and excited to come back.

Each session we continue to focus on my overall fitness and recovery from my back surgery 10 months ago. I have a long way to go in my journey to regain my strength, however with each session I feel like I’m taking another step towards being closer to my goal. Walking into the gym almost 2 years ago was the best decision I have made for my self care.
I am so grateful for the amazing results from coming for PT weekly. I am currently training with Rebecca who does a phenomenal Job. She’s friendly, patient, knowledgeable and tweaks my work out each time to accommodate for my personal fitness needs and concerns. Keep up the amazing work Devonte and Terrell.
My son attended his first workout session today and shared that it was challenging in all the right ways: exactly what he expected. We’re excited to see his progress and are looking forward to what’s ahead. We have high expectations and feel confident this program will push him to the next level.
It’s been great working with Rebecca for several weeks. The program changes as I progress and it is always challenging. Becs is an excellent teacher, drawing upon her knowledge as an athlete to meet me where I am, emphasizing patience and doing the movements correctly. She’s also established a nice motivational niche at DT with her EDM playlists!

Although I’m older and not an athlete like many of the members at Dilligence Training, the attention and support I receive are every bit as focused and encouraging. The coaches regularly take the time to watch my movements closely during each exercise, stepping in to correct my form when needed and patiently explaining why certain adjustments help prevent injury and improve effectiveness. Whether it’s modifying the range of motion on a squat or adjusting my grip on a weight, they make sure I understand the purpose behind every change. They personalize each workout to fit my pace and abilities, carefully balancing intensity so every session challenges me just enough without feeling overwhelming or unsafe. The community here has been supportive and encouraging from day one, and those fellow members have quickly become friends who celebrate each other’s progress and share tips. My gains have been impressive - I’m stronger, more confident, and feeling better than ever. I’ve developed muscles I hadn’t realized I could build, and my stamina has increased to the point where I surprise myself during longer cardio intervals. Each session leaves me feeling energized and proud, knowing I’ve pushed myself in a thoughtful way. Dilligence Training truly meets you where you are and helps you reach your goals, no matter your age or fitness level. It creates an environment where progress feels possible every day, and every workout leaves you looking forward to the next.

Very disappointing experience! For myself and my child. Communication with staff was off. I felt targeted, isolated, and shamed. I gave nothing but positive energy and was met with the opposite and when I brought up the issue it was ignored. I was then subliminally targeted online by a staff member and it was ignored. Then was told myself and my child was not welcomed at the gym. When I asked for the exact reason why. It could not be told to me. Being a single women of color with limited resources I was very disappointed especially when I came to this community for what was portrayed to be an open loving community.
Learning that functionality and proper form in movement is for longevity. Appreciate the positive attitude, check ins and support received during tough moments throughout the workout.
Class was great! Coach was patient and very knowledgeable with instructions…I was very impressed with the professionalism and gym…I will be returning!

Terrell and the team are outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better team of trainers and a better community. They are engaging, encouraging and they listen extremely well to my needs while pushing me out of my comfort zone. If you are looking for a gym, Diligence is it!

Carly was amazing. It was my first day and she encouraged and pushed me at the same time. She even got an extra 15 seconds of plank out of me ( for me that’s a lot).

Terrell is always upbeat and I enjoy the 5:30 am sessions with him. His level of engagement and enthusiasm is great. He knows what music to play to get everyone's energy levels up.
Everyone at DT is amazing. It truly is a community of support. It’s even better sharing wins because I wouldn’t have been able to stay consistent if it wasn’t for them pushing me to be better.

If it wasn't for Terrell, I wouldn't have the confidence to even walk into a gym. He creates a welcoming environment while making sure I am physically challenged. Even when I say, I don't think I can do it. The exercises I did today weren't easy but I did it. He is EXCELLENT at what he does

I’ve been going to the 5:30 AM group gym class for a few weeks now, and it’s become one of the best parts of my day! Terrell is always full of energy, no matter how early it is, and somehow manages to get all of us motivated and moving right from the start. On top of that, he gets us laughing, which makes those early mornings so much more enjoyable. His enthusiasm is contagious, and it really helps set a positive tone for the rest of the day. It’s an amazing way to wake up, get your body going, and start the morning strong.

Had an amazing experience at this gym! Everyone was super welcoming and the energy in the space was great—it really motivated me to push through my workout. Yayo did an excellent job explaining the exercises, making sure I had the right form and understood the movements. I got in a solid workout and felt great afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area!
Terrell has this amazing ability to reel you in and make you feel like you just entered a party. We walk in yawning ant 5:30 and we leave sweating and laughing!

My trainer was Kelsey today. It was my first time training with Kelsey and I thought she was very kind. She made sure to walk around to check up on everyone individually to see if there’s any workouts we needed help with specifically. She took the time to modify anything if needed and/or fix my technique to help maximize the experience.
Todays coach (Yayo) was very knowledgeable, motivating and helpful! He made the group workout fun and pushed us to complete the sets amidst the pain because we can hard things
