The Dawgpack is a great place to workout. Saul, Daniel and Ericka are very friendly, encouraging, motivating and challenging coaches . The progress has been great and it’s the best thing I ever did for myself. I feel more energetic, strong and in shape. I highly recommend this place ❤️💪

Daniel is a great coach. I am returning to my fitness journey after a long hiatus. My confidence level is not there yet, but Daniel explained all the movements, made sure my form was correct and pushed me just enough to feel confident in my return. He made me realize that the first step is just showing up, even if you don’t feel like you’re perfect. A great coach.

Coach Daniel is an incredible coach! He’s super attentive and always makes sure my posture and form are on point, which has helped me avoid injuries and improve my technique. Great instructor. Very patient. Answered all questions and demonstrated mostly all movements. He also accommodated to our needs and made modifications to equipment.
I’m almost 50 years old, training for a 50-mile run, and Coach Daniel has been absolutely amazing. He understands my goals, listens, and adjusts my workouts when needed. He always knows how to push and support me at the right time. If you want a coach who truly cares and helps you get stronger, he’s the one!
Being my second day here at Dawg Pack CrossFit and taking SWEAT class with Saul made me realize that this is my type of gym. You can feel the great vibe right when you walk in.

I had an amazing experience at Dawgpack CrossFit in Montebello! The gym is clean, welcoming, and perfect for beginners like me. After 12 years away from fitness due to lupus and kidney disease, I was nervous to start again, but my coach, Saúl, made all the difference. He was incredibly understanding of my condition, tailored my workouts, and kept me motivated every step of the way. I’m thrilled to be back in a gym and couldn’t ask for a better place to kickstart my fitness journey. Highly recommend Dawgpack and Saúl to anyone looking for a supportive CrossFit community!

Daniel has an easy going approach and makes sure to to connect with everyone in the class. He gives time to those athletes who need more attention and yet always remains vigilant to all the athletes participating. Daniel is positive and encouraging. He has a strong foundation and is able to scale workouts depending on the needs of the athlete. This ability to provide one-on-one training in a group setting is rare, but Daniel gets it done. Overall, great job!

Great class! Was explained nicely, love the amount if warm up time follwed by complex/skill practice before the WOD. Great energy by all and music matched the pace of the workout. Also noticed coaches were really engaged throughout the class..... something thats missing in some gyms these days. Definitely enjoyed it and will be back!

Keep the instructions short and concise. The strength can be done under the 12 min cap and will leave you extra time to set up for WOD. Don’t sleep on the time for instruction and set up time. Start class asap.

My trial session with Daniel was my first ever Crossfit workout and I left pretty satisfied with the overall workout, customer attention and the friendly environment they cultivate. Anthony is the best! He asked the class if anybody was injured before we started, I told him privately that I was rehabbing my hamstring after a 50 mile cycle race and he modified accordingly and still made me feel apart of the class 🥲

Daniel is an awesome coach who works with whatever level from novice to advanced. The patience he has with someone such as myself with mobility issues has made me stronger and more self assured. He's fun to be around, but still pushes you to your limits and is an all around great coach.

My favorite coach at any gym. Brings the energy/positivity that I’ve always associated with Crossfit which is difficult to find in 2024. Daniel is the perfect balance of compassion and motivation. He knows when you can dig deeper in a workout and motivates you to get there.
