Good encouragement and descriptions of movement
Abby gave constructive feedback so I knew when I needed to improve my form and also when I was doing something correctly. She takes the time to answer my questions and shows me things individually if I need her to as I’m new to CrossFit. The coaches and members are the reason I joined this gym and am motivated to show up!
Abby made me feel super welcome. The strength class was great and Abby gave me some really great cues. I just completed my level 1 CrossFit so love seeing how other coaches run a class!
Farm Fitness with Abby is always the best combination of fun, hard work and the best community experience! Abby also has an uncanny ability to immediately assess where each individual is at on any given day, meet them where they are at and provide them with modifications when they need them
Graham did a wicked good job of pushing me and making sure I was using the proper technique and stretching after the fact. I'm terrible at stretching and he reminded me how equally that is important along with strength. It was a great first day workout back at something I love and need to continue!!
Great small group class with lots of helpful corrections so I did not hurt myself.

Coach Abby is an excellent coach! I had a debilitating shoulder injury last winter and she's helped me not just recover but defend against future issues. She's also a master of movement cues that I can understand and immediately implement, especially with compound Olympic lifts. Abby is a great example of the quality and practical training offered by CTOWN Fitness.

Today was my first CrossFit class and Abby was an amazing coach! She’s good at teaching and a good supporter! She pushed me on my weights which is what I need! She made the class fun!

Graham is always a great coach. His warmups are second to none. Taylor was a nice new addition to class and added some new technique insights I haven’t heard before.
Abby is great at explaining the mechanics of properly doing an exercise. She ks always incredibly diligent and patient with folks that may need a bit more instruction.
What a great first class! I am new to the area (and CrossFit) but what a warm welcoming! It was my coach Jeremy’s first class back and did a great job demonstrating each movement as well as keeping us motivated throughout the class. Keep it up! Looking forward to the next workout 💪

Dani was excellent! Very caring and always focused on her people. Just one feedback, I guess don’t assume I know the movements just because I did CrossFit before. It’s good to have that refresher example from the coach. Other than that, great person and coach!

I appreciate the explanation of movements and ability to give quick easy tips/adjustments during metcon.
Coach Aaron did a great job explaining to the class how to perform each movement safe and efficiently. He also gave modifications for each movement so athletes of all skill levels could achieve the goal of the workout that day. Class work was made up of strength and conditioning pieces while still giving you opportunities to work on skills so you can continue to improve your ability to do more challenging movements.
Great class today with coach suggested scaling. I liked the longer AMRAP as a way to break up the types of workouts.
Great job, Abby! Despite not being excited for ring muscle ups, you helped me find a strong scale option that made me feel like I’m making progress. Thank you for also helping after the AMRAP with providing some info on working on my shoulder.
