It was a great first class and I’m looking forward to many more! The coaching was great and Andy was helpful with things I could modify to make the moves flow better and for the workout as well. The class size was perfect for a newbie starting out and everyone was nice and welcoming so overall it was great first class!

Emily did amazing running the Adaptive Athlete Experience. She kept us engaged, knew what she was talking about, and helped so many learn about adaptive fitness. I would attend her class again any day!

The session went well. Andy reviews the work out of the day with the class. Then, he explains the motions for each exercise before we start the warm up and WOD. There's a lot of support and encouragement between the class and coach as we work to achieve our workout goals.

Kayla did great! We had 2 new members and she took the time to go over the movements with care and compassion. Kayla did a pretty good job with explaining acronyms, but it is easy to get in the habit/routine when going over the workouts. We had a fun class. I would like to see more "new to the gym buddy" assignments, but overall we sorta take care of that ourselves internally. It is always good to see Kayla on the coaching roster.

Had an awesome time in the class! Evan made it fun! He is always great giving clear instructions and keeping everyone motivated throughout. The workout was challenging but super rewarding. I can definitely feel myself improving, but I know I still need to level up my own CrossFit skills 😂. Looking forward to the next class!!!

Evan is great we had a small class this evening. He is very observant and made sure I had good form which at 3 months in I’m thankful for as I am trying to ramp up my frequency at the gym and have good fundamentals.
