PJ always has a great class! He shows us all the lifts and explains them clearly. He’s friendly and kind and helps me with my lifts since I’m still learning and building. He does an awesome job supporting my father who is a legends lifter! His energy and passion is infectious!

As a beginner, Andy never makes me feel stupid or weak. He’s really good at finding things for me to do that still teach me the technique and movements. Cryptid has shown me that I’m capable of more than I realize.
Kayla is my favorite coach, which isn't something I say lightly because I have never had a bad coach at Cryptid. It means a lot to me that she's knowledgeable about my health issues and she helps me both to push myself and to respect my limits and not feel bad for them. When I feel like I'm not doing enough for my health she reminds me that it's not a race and I'm not the only one who struggles. She's the best!
He’s an exceptional coach with a ton of knowledge about movement. He’s always there to help me dial in my form when I need it. Plus, he’s awesome at keeping me locked in and interested… and trust me, I get bored fast.
It was my first time ever doing CrossFit and Pj made me feel really welcome and supported me through the entire workout even when I was dying because I forgot my inhaler. That was a great experience!
I hardly ever get to see PJ, but whenever I do, it’s always an amazing class. I really appreciate the way he explains each workout, he makes everything easy to understand and follow. He’s also incredibly encouraging and creates such a positive environment. I always leave feeling motivated and grateful for his guidance!
Andy is very encouraging and helpful. He shows us what to do and then makes sure that we are not only doing it right, but keeps us motivated in an upbeat manner. He is a pleasure to be coached by.

Emma did a great job making me feel at home and helping me set up for my very first yoga class. I have a lot to learn and a very long journey ahead. I was so glad she detailed every step in the class, my only thought to maybe improve my time is I would have liked to have had Emma directly in front of me so I would not have to keep twisting my head to the side to visually see you perform the moves. So far in my two classes at Cryptid cross fit have been very positive...thank you all!!

And made sure I was comfortable and felt successful for my first workout. He helped modify the pieces of the workout so that I could feel confident and leave with a sense of accomplishment. It definitely was a good step in the direction of acclimating to the space and the workouts.

PJ has infinity manliness and shows us scaled work to make us feel better about our weak comparable skills. He is kind, but not in a weak way, so don't tell him that, but kind, in a manly "if you work out hard you too can be this strong" kind of way. When I messed up on one thing, he said I was not in trouble at. all. And he rewarded me with 40 eggs. I was like, this one egg is 40 eggs? And he said yes. Now I know I am on the path to certain fitness. Thank you PJ. * * * * *

As always PJ is supportive and encouraging. Helps refine movements or give tips to minimize risk and maximize workout goals. He is laid back but always ready to answer any question- meets you where you are.
Andy always does a fantastic job. Having been a member for a while and seeing different coaching styles, one thing I REALLY appreciate about Andy is that he’s constantly encouraging. He does this when we’re in the middle of the wod. The other person that does this well, is Ramon. Everyone prefers to be coached differently- personally I like the more hands on approach. Keeps us going when we’re in our head thinking “I could be sleeping right now, this is dumb” etc He also has a good balance between correcting form and making us laugh.

Ramon is a very good coach. Explaining every work out well and demonstrating proper movements. Ramon was able to read our movements and abilities for scaling our workout per individual. I would have Ramon as a coach again!

As always Andy was great. I was struggling a bit with positioning on over head squats. He got me dialed in. Helenasty lived up to its name.
Kayla made me feel so welcome at Cryptid! She was very knowledgeable and understanding. I appreciated getting to write down goals during my intro session. Im so glad to have had my first two sessions with her!
Emma was very patient with me since it was the first time i tried Yoga. When i couldn't do the movement fully she offered alternatives to make it easier. Looking forward to the next session.
Ramon was great. He helped push me a little harder than I thought I could do. And he explained, well, what the workout was doing for my body.
I always appreciate the banter and seamless way that Andy shifts from friend to coach and back. I am always encouraged, supported, and learn something.

The coach explained the workout very well. Instructions were clear and simple to understand. Whiteboard had the workout written on it as a reminder. Mistakes and corrections were made to my form for the benefit of health and muscle development. Thank you for wonderful session!

Great first day back. Scaled coaching was great.
Today went really well. My first time back in six weeks. Scaled appropriately so it wasn't too much and I didn't get hurt. Teamwork too, was good.

I appreciate your support of me achieving my goals- today’s was to just keep going. I showed up and that was a win! I also appreciate your affirmation of me listening to my body. Today was not a day to push hard and it’s refreshing to be supported in trusting myself. Your gentle suggestion of possibly adding more to rowing if that feels doable or dropping wait completely during lunges are appreciated beyond words. I continue to trust myself and in turn trust you as the coach as you support me. ❤️
I came from out of town and needed a CrossFit to drop in to. Kayla did a great job coaching today. I had an amazing time and the crowd was really nice. This gym is a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be back for the rest of this week.

Kayla is AMAZING! My first class she was supportive and made sure to explain it all and walk me through it. She also came up to me personally and explained what she thought would be best for me to do for the workout with it being my first time. She continued to check in and make sure I was doing good. Couldn’t have asked for a better first class!

He’s not just motivating, he’s incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the “why” behind every movement and tailors workouts specifically to my fitness level.
Andy is always great! Always supportive and pushes when appropriate but also is very good at detecting weaknesses and helping to strengthen them. I truly learn so much with each class he teaches.

The session went well. Andy reviews the work out of the day with the class. Then, he explains the motions for each exercise before we start the warm up and WOD. There's a lot of support and encouragement between the class and coach as we work to achieve our workout goals.

Andrew (Rick Flair) is phenomenal! Incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Like the rest of the CCF folx, you can tell he cares and wants to see people make positive changes. Andrew does that in a fun, informative, and non-judgmental approach. Couldn't ask for better!
