Mood: Yash seemed to be very happy, almost too happy! Suggested I should come to CFW more, like twice a day! 🥺 At the board WOD was explained very well. Warm up was different, quite a refreshing change. All movements were demonstrated along with scaled versions. I was in quite a bit of pain from my Sciatica which I usually push through, Yash was genuinely concerned for me and came up with rowing 6cal increments instead of skipping so didn’t have to jump rope. great job Yash.
Stella is an outstanding CrossFit coach. She pays close attention to every detail in your movement, especially during barbell work. She’s consistently observed my form and given me precise cues that have significantly improved my cleans. Her deep understanding of movement mechanics and her ability to communicate small but powerful adjustments have made a real difference in my training. Stella doesn’t just coach — she elevates your performance with expert guidance tailored to you.
