Always a good time with coach T! Such a fun vibe. Aside from the bangerz playlist, she also makes sure everyone hits the stimulus without compromising form. When my son went to “bring a friend week” last week, he had coach T. He said “i need someone to push me like that during PT.” That says a lot about how awesome coach T is! My class with Tanya was great! I’m a first timer with CrossFit, but I felt so welcomed and not judged which was my biggest concern. Tanya was able to provide me with scaled down versions of the work out without making me feel less than and cheered us all on along the way. She walked around and provided great feed back on form while lifting. Cherry on top is her playlist was lit! Great coach, gym, workout & atmosphere! Highly recommend ☺️
Coach Rachelle has come a long way since the last time I trained. It’s clear she is putting in the work to be an incredible coach. She seemed a little nervous initially, maybe because the size of the class but worked through it. Great job!
This gym is amazing, very welcoming and Friendly . Really embodies the spirit of community. Aside from that. The brake down from the warm up to the drills before the workout was a nice change of pace it didnt feel rushed . Movement started from the basic and progress. They didn’t just throw you in . Over all great experience at this gym highly recommend. Especially if your new gym or looking to get into CrossFit your gonna be well taken care of .

Haley did great she offers modifications and specifically for me she encouraged me to to go with the slightly heavier weight I had selected as it was based loosely on our 1 rep max that I dont know. I ended up going down, but quickly learned where to be at in the future. She communicates well, is engaging, and is always trying to help. I honestly cant think of any constructive feedback at this time

Great Saturday class, big fan of the pizza box tag as part of the warm up on a Saturday. Good demonstrations and individual coaching attention for movements. Only comment might be, if there are extra rougher texture mats that could be placed against the office wall for wall walks this could add a level of safety for sweaty folks like myself. The smooth texture mats were fine for the warmup but would have been too slick for the workout.

Truthfully, I'm glad for every time Tanya is the coach. All of them are great, but I'm a pretty big fan of her coaching me into doing things correctly in the workout itself. It's a great reminder to put my head on straight and come out of autopilot. Also, she's just a pretty damn fantastic person all the way around
During the workout, Tanya kept encouraging me to maintain good posture. I left feeling more confident and physically challenged in the best way. I have felt more confident in what I’m doing because coach Tanya guides and motivates every moment of the workout. It’s the kind of coaching that makes coming back feel worthwhile every time.

I had a good experience. Haley did a good job welcoming me when I arrived and still giving a pre workout brief. I like the visuals and cues during the warm up. I personally like it when she calls me out during the workout. For example “good depth, push it out….” I appreciate her ability to balance being present and giving space during the workout.

In general, you can tell the room has very little urgency, and really REALLY enjoys asking questions because they weren’t listening, not because the coaching or explanation lacked.

Tanya is an amazing instructor. I felt like a family when joining CrossFit Virilis, everyone is so welcoming! I enjoy the time spent together, pushing each other beyond our limits! Working out is not something I do much however, with this team I believe I can achieve so much more! Thank you for making me feel apart of the family!

Tanya was amazing as always . ❤️ can always count on her for a positive attitude and some laughs . She really pushed us in class today. It was very cold and I generally hate running. But with her coaching and support I can now run a 800m one time without stopping ! Which was unheard of before . yay progress 👍🎉

I think Tanya did an amazing job running today’s class. She had clearly prepared and knew the flow she wanted to go through during the warm up. The warm up movements went right into demo’ing/practicing the movements for the workout. She did a great job of providing an appropriate number of repetitions of movements during warm up to both give us a couple repetitions while giving her an opportunity to observe and provide feedback for the whole class (pretty big class today too!). She placed herself in a good spot to observe the repetitions and see a couple people at a time. Her directions were clear and easy to follow. Her cues were brief but clear. She used everyone’s names so it was clear who the feedback was for. She scheduled the class well to keep it at about 1 hour 15 minutes (and gave us the expectation early in the class). During the workout, good cues too. I liked that she gave foam rollers to people as they finished. And nice way to end it with some stretching. Great class today!
Eric is always full of energy and makes 5am much more enjoyable for those of us that are NOT morning people. Keep being YOU Coach!
Eric always does a good job of pacing the warm up and preparing us for the WOD. I always feel like I know what my options are to scale for the work out and Eric pushes me when I doubt myself.
Great class, Coach Eric is very patient and very motivational. He help me today to push myself and do my first rope climbing also he play good music🙏
Coach Eric’s classes rock it at 5 am! First stop of my day and always worth it - Eric’s presence and attitude are great! And he always ensures that I’m getting the workout each of us need. Today’s was no exception! Loved it.

I thought today’s class was great! The instructions were clear, and the workout was challenging but manageable. The assault bike and deadlift combo really pushed me, which I appreciated (even if it didn’t feel like it in the moment!). Overall, I had a lot of fun. Thanks for all the effort you put into coaching!💚💚💚

I loved it!!! Haley was a great motivator and made me feel right at home even though it was my first time.
Great clean progression, positive language used throughout class, introduced different barbells and had same tone for each option (15, 35, etc.), after clean set with empty barbell, said you could stay there or add more weight if it felt good (I think important for newer members to know it is okay to do no or less weight).

Coach Eric is always attentive and full of Dad jokes! I always have a great time in class. He lets me know how my form is and how I can improve, but most importantly, he is so encouraging and motivating. I love the morning classes, and the community makes it easier to get up in the morning. I love CFV!
Coach Haley ran an excellent warm up. She gave us time to try out weights for the wod and she led a great strength portion as well as a group cool down. I’m visiting from CT and loved my experience!

Coach Eric did a phenomenal job this morning. It was day one of Bring a Friend Week and we certainly had new faces at our 6:15 a.m. class. He executed everything with precision and ease. He makes sure to introduce the new people and we had an amazing class!
Haley is GREAT! Very clear organized explanations of how to effectively do the workout. It seems like I’m not quite as vigorous as I grow older but she is understanding and patient. Can’t ask for more. Oh yes…and she’s always cheerful! What a good employee!!!
