Great class - never thought I’d be excited to spend my Saturday doing burpees but here we are! Connor is a fantastic coach - he’s great at getting you to do a bit more than you thought you could without being pushy about it. I genuinely look forward to my classes and am so grateful to have found this gym.

Tia is a fantastic coach. She breaks things down to make sure we understand and do things the right way. Recently she gave some great tips for doing toes to bar which were helpful for those just starting out and for people like me who have been doing them for a while to help be more efficient/tire less easily
