Shauna’s classes are always fun and informative. I feel that she is always looking out for our best interests what ever our goals may be and she always brings great energy and crisp coaching !!
It was a tough class today but Coach Tavia guided the class excellently and gave a wonderful lesson on pacing. She consistently pushes us to try to push beyond where we think our limits are.
