The class was intense, especially during the last round when my muscles were really pushed to their limit. Jen was great. She guided me patiently through my first session from start to finish, explaining each movement clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with every exercise. I haven’t done anything like this for at least 20 years, so I was a bit nervous at first, but Jen’s calm encouragement and careful corrections helped me gain confidence quickly. The workout itself was challenging but enjoyable, with a good mix of strength and cardio that left me feeling energized rather than overwhelmed. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated how welcoming and supportive the whole atmosphere at CrossFit Union Ellenbrook felt.

Coach Mat is great often I don’t believe in myself to add more weight on the bar or I question my form/ability. Coach Mat made time during the workout with me to observe my form and with his reassurance made a real difference. Joining Crossfit Union Ellenbrook has not only helped with my overall health but it’s also had a big impact mentally. Pushing my limits, seeing how far I can go, and building real grit when you’re in the trenches with the team. Today’s class was challenging with a lot of character building moments the type to test you mentally. Every class, Coach Mat inspires me to not give up and to give everything a crack.
First training session since March. I felt great exercising again in a supportive environment where the coaches noticed my form and encouraged me through each movement. The energy in the gym was motivating but not overwhelming, making it easy to focus on the workout. It felt good to push myself again with exercises that challenged me just enough without feeling rushed or pressured. The way the coach checked in regularly and adjusted the weights to match my current strength made the whole experience feel personal and achievable. Walking out of CrossFit Union Ellenbrook today, I felt refreshed and confident that I’m back on track.

I always look forward to Matt’s classes. Matt always takes the time to go through and explain the movements well which is fantastic for beginners As well as athletes who are experienced but may need to tweek some of there form (this is me). During the session Matt has a keen eye to help anyone in need during the session and provides a lot of support for memebers. Matt Makes sessions enjoyable and fun and breaks movements down in a simple fashion when needed. Which has greatly helped to improve my technique with some of the complex movements with CrossFit. I’m conclusion Matt is an amazing CrossFit coach who always goes above and beyond for Union members! Thank you Matt your amazing 🤩

Matt was really great to work with. He took the time to carefully observe my technique, gently correcting my form to make sure I was doing each movement safely and effectively. When I mentioned my past injuries, he thoughtfully adjusted the workouts, offering alternative exercises that didn’t aggravate those areas but still kept me engaged. He pushed you hard enough to challenge you, but not so hard that you no longer enjoyed the workout. The workouts felt tough but achievable, which made the whole experience rewarding and enjoyable.
Had Nolana as my coach today at CrossFit Union Ellenbrook! She is amazing! She spent time carefully watching my form during every movement, patiently correcting my technique - which is something I seriously lack - and explaining exactly what I needed to adjust to avoid injury. She also kept an encouraging energy throughout the session, motivating me to push myself even when I felt like giving up. Her support made the workout challenging but doable, and I left feeling proud of what I accomplished. Thanks Noles!

After certain days of not training this class in specific made me feels like no matter what exercise is always the way to let behain whatever is going on in our life. Training in classes such a coach Dani’s class is proposing in terms if generate impact and give the detail of the excersice is the best. I love the way, time and effort of he in makes to us understanding and performing each move and technique as perfect as posible. also the energy and power emotion that he proyects to make the class unic is amaizing. the few things that i would love also have to use after finishes the class is disinfectant to clean the equipment . Other than that I would highly recommend Dani’s class.
My first class and felt really comfortable and supported! All the exercises were explained really well and adjusted accordingly if needed (which was definitely needed with me 😂). I was really scared going in that I wouldn’t be able to keep up and get too overwhelmed and not want to go back, but it was the complete opposite and I can’t wait to go again!

Performing snatches today and had no idea what I was doing. Matt took the time to split the class for those who were comfortable with the lifts and those like me who weren't. Gave an awesome step by step tutorial, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the workout. I wasn't great but was way better than the start of the lesson. Cheers Matt

Class was great 😊 . There was snatch push press and balances first up which I’ve always struggled with. The snatch is quite a difficult lift to nail butwith the demonstrations and some tips and pointers from Wade and the whole coaching team I think I’ve come a long way with my snatch technique. Then came a pretty good burner of a wod haha. Got a bit tough towards the end but it’s always a good push from Wade. Keep up the great work mate you’re an absolute legend. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Wade was great - clearly knows what he's talking about on a tricky lift like snatch. It is really helpful to have the pointers and consistent feedback to help improve and know when you're doing things correctly. He also keeps you accountable to the movement standards and progressions even in training which is great.

Had my first class today and Wade was super helpful at breaking down everything, explaining and coaching, concentrating on correct form and technique instead of pushing too hard and risking injury. Not sure I’ll be walking tomorrow after all the squats, but will definitely be back!
