Coach Nicole was great! The class was fun and we even played a relay game that served as a warm up! Even though a large class, she was aware of everyone’s needs/limitations and addressed them with each movement.

Julia was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door; she made us feel so welcome. Tonight was our first session, and although I was a little nervous at first, those feelings disappeared quickly. Julia was very thorough in her explanations, and our session went great. She is definitely one of the reasons I will be signing up.

Nick is very good at explaining the movements. He also helps me determine which scaled option works best for me. And he gives me that little push that i so often need! He is a great coach!!

Nick always does a great job explaining and modeling workouts. He always has good scaling options but always pushes me in the best way to try the harder movements. His motivation and knowledge has been really helping me reach my fitness goals. Thanks for always starting my days off right!

Julia provided insightful guidance about the complex movements included in the workout, as well as tons of encouragement to get me through challenging spots. When I ran into something I was unsure of, she urged me to at least give it a shot and was understanding when I said, “not today, but soon.” I’m also working through some health challenges and she was kind and understanding about my need to scale and take it easier than normal.

Nick has been great since ive joined. Although ive done crossfit (long time before) the tuition is at a great level. And he adjusts really nicely for the skills ive got rusty on. Pushed me to RX a few things too which is what I was really appreciative of. In fact everyone has been really welcoming and accommodating. A lovely place to continue your goals or start learning. Music taste is pretty good too for the workouts !

Both Julia and Nick are excellent as they are typically coaching the only classes I can attend with my work schedule. Been battling a left shoulder issue but both coaches seem to find the right balance in getting the work it needs without further injury.

My overall experience with Tullahoma Crossfit has been great. The coaches and other members are all very supportive and encouraging. There's a strong sense of community. I feel better and look better. I believe I'm in the best physical condition I've been in a long time, maybe ever and that is due in large part to Crossfit. It has taken consistency and effort but it has been well worth it. The change has been gradual but very positive. If you're interested in improving your health and well being, I highly recommend Tullahoma Crossfit!
