I always love Class when Julia teaches. I know she is gonna look at my form and make sure I’m body is correct. She will also push me to do the right amount of weight and not let me sell myself short.
Coach Julia is always helpful and shows how to do the workout, both with and without scaling options. If I ever have any questions she is quick to assist! Love all the coaches at Crossfit Tullahoma!
Even on the days when I’m sore from earlier sessions (like today!), Julia motivates me to show up, do the work, and push through safely and confidently. I always leave feeling stronger than when I walked in.

I always enjoy Julia’s class. She is always very welcoming to everyone; she keeps the class running smoothly from one movement to the next in warmup; and she encourages the extras after the WOD. Today was especially fun with the muscle up modification I’d never done before. I usually just do jumping chest to bar, but Julia’s guidance in getting a bar low enough for me to do jumping muscle ups was so fun and much appreciated! I’m going to be a little sore tomorrow which is always encouraging: working different muscles! Thanks, Julia!

Today I had class with Nick and on Friday with Julia. The classes were challenging but both trainers took the extra time to make sure I was doing the movements correctly and made modifications for me when needed. Julia was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door; she made us feel so welcome. Tonight was our first session, and although I was a little nervous at first, those feelings disappeared quickly. Julia was very thorough in her explanations, and our session went great. She is definitely one of the reasons I will be signing up.
