Coach Cristina was awesome! I really like her style of coaching because she always advises us to listen to our bodies when it’s time to choose the right weight or modifications. She takes the time to observe everyone closely, checking our proper form throughout the workout to make sure we’re doing each movement safely and effectively. The way she encourages us to adjust as needed makes the sessions feel personalized and supportive, which keeps me motivated every time I come to Crossfit Trivium.

You gave the corrections in a positive and encouraging manner. Then, you followed up to see the improvements. I really appreciate your encouragement during the workout. Its always nice to drop in and have coaches who visibly adapt to all present - as the newcomer its especially nice to see clear attention and focus on safety, comfort, experience. I'm far from an ultra crossfitter but at 40, ive been around enough to know when a place is run well. Christina and those at the 5pm class I visited were friendly and fit - clear signs of a well run place. Looking forward to the next class

Christina is a terrific coach - she always breaks down the workout clearly at the whiteboard before class, offers helpful queues/feedback when needed, and does a great job managing large class sizes. And she does it all with a bright smile! Truly one of the best coaches our community has to offer.

Kristen and the other manager were extremely welcoming and super helpful from the moment I walked in. They greeted me professionally and enthusiastically, asked me where I was from, why was in town (I dropped in just for the day) what my CrossFit experience was, and even helped me with a spare pair of grips which is really above and beyond. My only feedback and this comes from me being a coach as well is that there was little to no coaching in today’s class. Having done CrossFit for 13 years now, I know Saturdays at my gym and at most gyms are partner WODs, and I understand that the intent on Saturdays often is to get more of a longer grind session which you can also find a way to take it a little bit easier on as a end to the week. That said, I think there’s always an opportunity to see, correct, and help athletes improve, and myself, and my partner did not get any specific coaching on that front. That I wanna emphasize that overall feel was really positive and even as I left Coach Kristen was attentive enough to ask if I would like a T-shirt, which was complementary if I would like anything to drink it’s a very hot day and that was very appreciated. Would definitely come back!

Kristen motivates me every time I’m in the gym! Very encouraging!! She’s very patient and understanding whenever I have a question about the workout or need help with my form. Also the music in her playlist always is a hit!! 🔥

I attended the 6am class with Tyler Tatz and he was great! Super outgoing, very knowledgeable, and encouraging. He helped each individual throughly in the class based on their skill level.

We had 20 people at 8 AM Saturday class today and Kristen did a great job managing the large class and pivoting when there wasn’t enough equipment. We stayed on time and she made sure everyone still got a great workout in.

Gillian brings such a calming presence to yoga. I feel like I not only come out feeling better in my body and like I've gotten a good stretch but also feeling calm and mindful. I love how she helps us focus on our breathing and breathing into the areas as we do different exercises. I always learn something new, whether it is a term like "Raja" meaning royal or a new position to do at home. I love her classes!!

Always very attentive to detail and safety of the athlete. She balances serious and fun which for me is important. She treats (inclusivity) everyone the same even if athletes are at different stages of CrossFit.
Per usual Coach Boone did great adjusting for a class that was larger than necessary because it was over the cap. She thinks a step ahead which is truly appreciated.
Paulina was the coach, she was great! This was my first Saturday class and she made sure I was comfortable with the movements, asked about any modifications needed and made sure I had a partner since I don’t know anyone yet. She was present during the workout and kept us aware of what we needed to do. Overall great experience!

Christy is great as always. The open gym people that are there at the same time as 11:30 is getting out of control again. Nobody seems to listen to the rules you guys have emailed about multiple times. They are in the way of class, leave out equipment and don’t put it back. One of the guys decided to do the open workout right before class started so we had to stand in the corner and wait for him to be done. We couldn’t even start our warmup on time because he was using the floor and recording himself so we had to wait till he was done. Then he left all of his stuff out on the floor. Hate to be this person but it’s getting annoying.
First time taking cross fit and I was very humbled but Francisco was amazing!!!! Super helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the studio and class :)

I just moved to Franklin and have been trying to check out different CrossFit gyms in the area. The coach, Christina, was very welcoming and helped me prepare for the class. She gave me a few pointers on my snatch and was encouraging to others and myself during the Metcon. After class she answered all the questions I had about the gym and was very hospitable.
