Jennifer helps by constantly encouraging you to do your best while making sure your form is solid. She pays attention to each person's strengths and weaknesses and adjusts the workouts accordingly. At Crossfit Trackside, she creates a supportive environment that motivates you to push past your comfort zone without feeling overwhelmed.
Coach was Eva - but she is not in feedback drop down. She is a great coach and gives little tips along the way to avoid injury and maximize power. Always a great class when she is running it. And she stays on time including extra credit. Way to keep the class on time and moving.

I love working out with Luisa every morning. She always keeps me motivated and helps me scale when I need it. She explains each workout and always makes sure that your form looks good before you try to add more weight. Such a great community with amazing coaches!

Parker is a fantastic coach. He’s incredibly motivating and pushes me to the challenge, but he also makes sure I’m doing exercises correctly. He’s great at explaining the workouts and the science behind the exercise, but most importantly, I feel great at the end of the workout and I enjoy it!
Miriam did amazing I’m a beginner she taught me what everything was demonstrated on how to do it and corrected me I loved it and I will be back !!!

It’s better when the coach embodies so much more. Parker enhances the experience. He is a perfect example of a leader and coach. If you need a partner, he’s willing to step in, and if you require a workout to be broken down step by step, he will support you in that process truly enjoy when Parker coaches; he's very easygoing and fun to talk to as well.
