Coach Becky always delivers! I'm very happy wity my progress since I starting back in May! She ensures we truly learn the movements and meets us exactly where we are, motivating us to push through every workout. The whole environment and community are great, making every session something I look forward to! Highly recommend!

Coach Becky rocks! I never thought I would be doing the things I am doing at CrossFit but Becky has helped me gain so much confidence in my self and my abilities. She focuses on technique first which helps me feel comfortable with the movements first. Joining this gym has also given me an extended family! The members and coaches alike are so welcoming and encouraging of each other! So glad to be a part of this gym!
Aj is a great coach! Had a lot of fun this Saturday and I think it was a really good workout for the amount of people in class. I didn’t feel too squished or anything.
My life has changed drastically for the better since working out with AJ and Team at CrossFit Thunderhead. At my age, the workouts are definitely challenging, but they remain doable because everything is scalable to my level. AJ is always helpful with scaling suggestions - whether it’s adjusting the weight or offering alternative movements - and provides continuous support and encouragement throughout every session. The way AJ, notices when my form needs attention, and pushes me just the right amount keeps me motivated without feeling overwhelmed. This approach has made a huge difference, turning what used to be intimidating workouts into something I look forward to.
Becky always pushes me to do more. I have the tendency to not do heavier weight or as prescribed and she calls me out. I end up being able to do it! Becky has created such a great environment at the gym and I am so thankful for this community!

Coach Becky is an amazing instructor! Love that she pushes everyone to work harder. She personally helps me to pick the correct weight on the workouts so that I won’t gas myself out before the later rounds. She’s very knowledgeable and cares about doing the lifts with the right form and less weight rather than more weight and bad form.
Becky always pushes me when I have self doubt! She ensures I do things correctly and to the best of my ability. She encourages me and everyone around her to do the best they can do. She’s just amazing!

I absolutely love getting up and working out at 5am because of AJ. The energy he provides is great he’s never in a bad mood and he’s always smiling. He also has a great taste in workout music. He is also extremely encouraging and knows when you need more weight and he is more than happy to gift you 35s because he knows your not pushing yourself so he kindly “helps”
I loved the class with Becky. She knows her stuff. Her instruction and coaching was very clear. All around a great atmosphere.

Zack was the right mix of helpful and encouraging, coaching the finer points of technique and correcting when needed, without too much interruption of the workout. Felt super welcome and walked away not feeling too in over my head 😂

Today was a great start to my fitness journey. Mrs. Becky was extremely welcoming and encouraging! I don’t remember the male coaches names but they were awesome too!!
Becky just makes you feel comfortable with your own capabilities and limitations. She recognizes athlete’s injuries and finds a way to work around or through them to make us stronger. I love her attitude and motivation!
Becky is amazing! She breaks everything down so a novice can understand without going too slow for the returning athlete. It is a perfect balance for all athletes. She is positive and encouraging throughout the workout. She is one of the best coaches!

She provides personalized attention and scales or modifications as needed without leaving you feeling like you are doing any less but actually doing exactly what you need while pushing you to do more all at the same time! Not only is A.J. instructive and mechanically intentional with his training, he also has a playlist that for guys like me make a big difference in my ability to dig deeper. A.J. is very intentional with his words and I always come away feeling encouraged to continue growing!
Great WoD! My first CrossFit session in over 4 years. AJ was knowledgeable about strategy & how to be efficient in the movements.
I very much enjoyed it! The class was so welcoming:) I was worried and nervous beforehand but felt comfortable. Becky and the members were very helpful and I appreciate the modifications for ability levels! I have been looking for a way to be active again and I like the structure the class provides.
She was great. Attentive to everyone in the room and was able to make it functional for the amount of people in the room.
Becky was kind, fun, and very focused in coaching - giving good corrective feedback in the moment and consistent encouragement along the way. As someone who hasn’t been intentionally active for some time, I felt confident that my coaches were knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was being safe throughout the workout.

He explained everything in detail and showed us the correct form. He then had us all do it together and corrected our form to make sure we had it down. During the workouts he constantly had an eye on everyone and kept with them making sure they kept pushing and keeping proper form for the best results. 100% recommend this coach to anybody trying anything new.
