I started CrossFit roughly a year ago. While I’m not typically a very outgoing person, the CFS community has always made me feel welcomed in a judgment-free zone. Since starting at CFS, I have become stronger both physically and mentally. I’ve lost nearly 50 lbs and hit several fitness milestones I’ve set for myself. I want to personally thank Coach Sydney and Coach Gabbi for their guidance and motivation 💪🏼 I would recommend CFS to anyone looking to improve their health.

Lane is a chill coach that creates a welcoming environment. I never feel bad about asking him questions regarding the workout or ways to scale it for my shoulder. He’s not intimidating or unapproachable. He’s not the most “get hype!” coach I’ve ever had but at 0530 I think he’s a good fit for the energy of the class. I enjoy his coaching style.

Jason is patient, supportive, and knowledgeable, and he never waivers in showing it. He pushes every participant to be their best selves and makes personalized recommendations because he takes the time to understand everyone’s strengths, opportunities for growth, and limitations. He can quickly spot frustration and disappointment, and is validating with his encouragement. This was evident in today’s workout, but is evident in every interaction we have the pleasure of experiencing.

Coach Steph: Coach Steph had always been approachable,knowledgeable, and encouraging. She always make it feel like the workout is very doable even for beginners like me. The way she talks to you would make you push yourself despite how challenging the workouts are.
