I’ve been a member since November 2024. In those last 5 months, I have definitely been humbled…more than a few times (everytime). Today I completed 3 handstand push ups. When I started, I could hardly hold myself up. I went in with a silent ego, and I definitely upsold my strength. Today, I’m getting better, stronger, and more humble every time I complete a class. Thank you Joe and CJ and all the other coaches and members for helping me become better and always making me feel welcome.

Nicole strikes a great balance of encouragement and correction for movements. She calls out what you are doing well and offers more private corrections and scaling so each person can maximize the workout to hit goals. Great coaching.

“Grace” is a great mix of heavy with some cardio burn. CJ guided me with a scaling option to help re-introduce me to this lift, as I’m coming off a wrist injury. Solid workout with no pain was accomplished!

CJ is a great coach! I really appreciated the time taken to first, properly demonstrate and explain the importance of each step within a particular exercise/movement but secondly, have each class participant perform each step before performing the entire exercise movement. Safety and sustainable progress is emphasized! I am fortunate to be a part of the Spring Hill team!

Walking into my first CrossFit class EVER, I was a little anxious, but quickly felt welcomed and seen by Joe, Kim B, Heather H & other familiar faces. The workout was scalable and Joe encouraged the newcomers to focus on form and mechanics not intensity and reps. Great experience!

Joe was great! I did the Murph for Memorial Day with a friend and had never done one before. I did some mental prep before and found a YouTube video that Joe had actually made just a couple days prior. Great advice. Came ready. He got to me to ensure form was good even though there were a lot of people there. And the whole thing was very well organized. Last bit is that all of the regulars clearly knew what they were doing and killed it through that challenge, which is a tough one. Great group.

Pros: -Efficient time management for the flow of class. -Good at coaching individuals during large class warmups. Spotting technique flaws in a large class isn’t always easy and it’s even harder to coach corrections when there are so many. You do a great job of balancing. Con’s: -Possibly better music. My music is the right music, I won’t hear otherwise.
