I always enjoy Brian’s classes. I come for his playlists! Deep cuts with some classics sprinkled in, riff-tasting! As a fitness coach, Brian is clear, concise and has great attention to detail that has really helped me with some of the higher skill movements.

Keeping my thumb and closed around the bar and the reminder to tighten my quads and core really helped me move the weight more efficiently and with more stability. You have a fantastic studio and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Nicole had a big class today with an odd time scheme for us to work within but she kept us all on track and made sure we were safe in our movements and encouraged everyone to keep going!

Joe does a great job of coaching us to know our “why” for each workout. I love the stimulus that he suggested today of keeping a heavier dumbbell but a lower box for step ups. Typically, I would always just go for a lighter dumbbell. So it’s great to be coached and to be bossed into what to do.
I’m so grateful for my coach’s support and encouragement. She keeps me consistent, pushes me to improve my stamina, and has helped me gain the confidence I never thought I’d have in the gym. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer like CJ… thanks CJ for all what you do…

Brian is always great at pointing out where I'm lacking on form. I feel like he also give good tips on pacing the workout to, he noticed I was going to failure on pushups and jumped in to stop me so I didn't completely burn out half way through the workout.
Kim was so helpful with tips and helping me to set up in the proper position. And continue to make sure my positioning was correct throughout the class.
Joe coached a large class efficiently, fun, and provided scalable options on the spot for all athletes.

Joe was super responsive from the beginning and made it a point to make me feel welcomed not only to the gym but also the local community events. CJ is great. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes class enjoyable. Plus she is attentive and encouraging which pushes me during class.
Brian has been really helpful helping me scale for elbow and shoulder pain in a way that still helps target the intended muscle groups and stimulus for each day. This helps me feel like it’s still worth showing up even when I can’t do all that I wish I could!
I enjoyed the change up from my regular workouts. Doing a core and cardio heavy day is good sometimes. Joe expertly explained everything and put us through an appropriate warm-up, made sure we had everything we needed, and motivated us to finish. Would like to see how he leads a more traditional CrossFit workout. I'll be back on Monday

She did great! She kept us going, provided some laughs, and coached me through even when I wanted to give up. Can’t wait to come back! One thing I will say I left with is that you can do it even when you think you can’t do it.

Brittane is the BEST she actually listened to what I needed. I’m over 50 with injuries my workouts are intense in a good way without my injuries being aggravated. When I feel like cancelling a session I think of how Good I feel after my workouts so I don’t cancel and it also encourages me to eat healthy.
I love working with CJ. She is always so encouraging and fun. She is great about confidently pushing us to do our best but never makes us feel bad if we need to scale a movement and always has great tips and options if need an alternative. She is wonderful!

Joe coached a class of varying fitness levels from beginner athlete to intermediate and advanced. He made a nuanced correction to my squat which I appreciated. He remained attentive to all athletes while providing a high level of attention to a beginner athlete.

My first class was great. I can definitely say I felt welcomed and love the encouragement from everyone. Attending the introduction classes did prepare me for class. I also appreciated the modified workout.
Super thankful for the way Nicole walked me through my workout and provided modifications for certain exercises. She was encouraging and supportive which is what helped me push through the HARD of the workout.
Joe and CJ are good coaches for all levels of skill in CrossFit. They are patient but also very detailed in form and substance to prevent injuries. It is a great gym and very “family friendly”. Great members and a great place to join.

Joe was great! I did the Murph for Memorial Day with a friend and had never done one before. I did some mental prep before and found a YouTube video that Joe had actually made just a couple days prior. Great advice. Came ready. He got to me to ensure form was good even though there were a lot of people there. And the whole thing was very well organized. Last bit is that all of the regulars clearly knew what they were doing and killed it through that challenge, which is a tough one. Great group.
Pros: -Efficient time management for the flow of class. -Good at coaching individuals during large class warmups. Spotting technique flaws in a large class isn’t always easy and it’s even harder to coach corrections when there are so many. You do a great job of balancing. Con’s: -Possibly better music. My music is the right music, I won’t hear otherwise.
Austin is fun. He makes it a relaxed environment even during heavy workout. I have issues with squats due to knee issues and he modified the workout just right for me have a good lift day.
Let me tell you about Joe, he is indeed a 5⭐️ coach. He holds me accountable and checks in on me as I am just beginning my CrossFit journey. Every class he breaks down the workouts to help us grow and understand techniques. And he keeps you motivated throughout the workouts.
Classes are always great. Defiantly happier after class after you finish what look hard. All the coaches are very helpful. I just try to get more grit. That one trait you can never have too much of! No one ever says he a jerk because he has too much grit.
