I enjoy it when Sara's coaching. She makes it fun. The classes tend to kick my butt, but I know it's a good outcome, because I have been toning my body, and I believe I'm still losing weight. I haven't yet I'm afraid to get on the scale. I only have like 7-9 pounds to go. I've been atte ding for almost a month and a half, I love it, I feel I made a good decision

Coaching is wonderful, I don’t see where you can improve on in class coaching. You give such great advice on nutrition and other things it would be gun to get a tip of the day At Facebook or on a whiteboard or something Along those lines

Sara is amazing! She is so good at motivating and providing tailored guidance specific to each individual. Workouts are thoroughly explained, allowing time for questions and ensuring everyone’s clarity in technique. I have never felt so supported and uplifted in a gym before. I am already making progress toward my long term goals and am so excited to come to class! Sara is such a great example for us all to follow not only as a CrossFit athlete but as a wonderful human being.

Sara is always welcoming from moment you walk in. She greets everyone and then starts class promptly. Movements are explained well and the classes are always fun. The community here is great
