Jennifer had great energy and organization for class today, especially with the big group! She was engaging and walked around giving encouragement and technical cues. My only suggestion of how it could have been better was more demonstrations for the toes to bar skill and the scaling options (vs just talking through them verbally) particularly for those that are still working on getting or perfecting that movement.

Today’s class hit me different. I could really feel the progress from when I first started on 10/28, especially in my stamina. Having my coach (Selena) and teammates motivate me through that final set made such a huge impact on today's class. The atmosphere here is so welcoming, and you’re never afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. I mostly see Selena, and she has been amazing with helping me modify things when I need it. The other coaches are just as attentive, supportive, and empowering. I’m so happy I joined such a great community. Huge shoutout to Kaley B. for inviting me to that 5:30 class..I wouldn’t be here without her!
Selena is amazing! Some of the exercises are challenging for me. She always patiently gives appropriate modifications so I can participate in the workout. She is a top notch coach!

This morning’s class with Selena was one of the most balanced, energizing workouts, I’ve done in a while. The session combined movements on the exercise bike, dumbbell press and farmers walk - simple movements, but Selena‘s coaching made them feel purposeful and effective. We kicked off the first round on the exercise bike, where Selena kept a close eye on pacing. Next came the dumbbell press and this is where her coaching really stood out. She demonstrated small things like an elbow angle and shoulder engagement that made the movement feel smoother and more powerful. We wrapped it up with the farmers walk, which was surprisingly challenging, but incredibly satisfying. Overall, Selena brought the perfect mix of energy, expertise and encouragement. The workout was tough but fun, and I left feeling stronger, more confident and excited to come back tomorrow. If you’re looking for a trainer who can push you while keeping things safe and engaging Selena is an excellent choice
Selena is great! She always is looking out for her class members. She somehow always finds you and corrects your form when needed. She also finds ways to modify if certain lifts/exercises can not be achieved optimally. Her attention detail in explaining the lifts shows her dedication to the sport and wanting to make sure everyone is successful in their work out without causing an injury. I really enjoy attending her classes.
What was the highlight of today's workout? I love learning new ways to modify the WOD and still get the best results by the end of the class
First time crossfitter - Selena was very welcoming. The warmup was very thorough, explained well, and targeted parts of the body being used in the workout. The workout was well explained and demonstrated, Selena also watched my form and cued when needed. I’m excited to go back!
Coach Allison is amazing! She explained everything so clearly, helped me come up with a solid game plan for the workout, and gave great coaching cues during the WOD. So thankful for all the awesome CFS coaches!
Selena is always cheerful and so helpful with teaching and modifying workouts in class. I always feel comfortable asking her how to do exercises and asking any questions I may have! Even if I feel lost with the workout I don’t feel too lost with her help 😊

I have been trying to get back into regular workouts post-surgery from a car accident for the last year. Coach Selena welcomed me for my consultation and answered any questions I had while making sure the class structure was going to be a good fit. I have then been fortunate to have Selena as my coach for my first 2 morning classes. Coach Selena is very knowledgeable and keeps the workouts moving while providing tailored 1:1 form and scaling suggestions to everyone (including myself) during the workouts. She makes the workouts achievable in realtime. I feel like I'm getting the benefit of a group class alongside focused 1:1 personal training. Ihave finally found my home gym, and I know I will be able to get back to athletics while working with Coach Selena. I highly recommend Selena and Sohegan Crossfit. Amazing coach and a well equipped CrossFit gym with a great group of people supporting one another to be their best selves. Five stars.

Eric is an extremely knowledgeable coach. He communicates easily and effectively in a class environment and pays attention to each individual athlete. In my case today, he spotted the flaw in my DL form, communicated a simple improvement and then asked me to implement the improvement. A good coach and cares about his athletes and their individual goals.

Well, when I first read this text I thought…why just this class? I’ve been out of CF for 2+ years. I walked into your gym to check it out and she had me signed up before I left. It’s going on week two, I’ve gone from 3 times a week to unlimited. It sounds like I’m talking about myself but it’s actually the opposite. It’s been so easy to stay home, now after being in her classes, I can’t miss a day. Selena watches, listens and adjust to where I am in my fitness journey. In such a short time she understands my goals and how to push me. Mentally and physically. I am not sure how many members you have but to have a coach who not only knows her stuff but also understands each and every person. I’ve been in CF a long time overall. I have been in a lot of gyms. Selena is one of the top coaches I’ve had. As far as today’s class, great as usual.
Selena has found a perfect balance of being friendly, fun, personable while knowing each of us individually and what we are capable of and pushing us. She keeps class moving and on time and checks in on each of us all through the class. Classes with Selena feel inviting and personalized for each person’s skill set. There are ALL variations of levels in our class and you can just see that everyone is trying their very best and feeling proud of what they can do. That’s the environment Selena has created.
Dana was my coach tonight, but her name wasn’t in the drop down. Anyway, I want to thank Dana for being awesome, for helping us always get a great and safe workout, while having fun at the same time. I am super thankful for CrossFit Souhegan, to Jeremy Bunker for introducing me to CrossFit, and for Dana for being my first instructor. What a gift!

First CrossFit session for me, though I used to train regularly years back. Selena was great! It’s clear she pays attention to each person and tries to provide targeted feedback. It was the perfect balance of coaching without being too overwhelming, while also not being too “hands off”

Selena is great ! She gives everyone the individual attention they need. Today she reminded me about pushing down on the bar when I’m doing toes to bar and it makes such a difference. When I’m in the middle of a workout, I tend to forget the little things and she’s right there to remind me! CFS coaches are amazing💪🏻😀

Selena demonstrates professionalism, interest, patience and knowledge which makes her an awesome coach. She is consistent in providing support, motivation, individual teaching, yet she's not in your face. Selena's coaching is one of the reasons I attend x- fit. Her bubbly positive personality is a bonus. I can't speak highly enough about her!

Selena is always great! Today was my first day back in 2 months and I was a little nervous getting back into it. We discussed the workout and how I should scale appropriately to ensure I was able to make it to the end of the workout without running out of gas, it still kicked my butt though😂! Selena does a great job of personalizing class to each individual, no matter how many people attend, which is quite a feat! She is also a wonderful human and coach who makes coming to class a joy and builds a community around the gym. I’m very glad I found her and CFS.
