I absolutely love this gym! The coaching is top-notch — the trainers really know their stuff and are always there to help push you to reach your goals. The atmosphere is so motivating and supportive, which makes every workout enjoyable and challenging. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, with plenty of open space to move around. Very welcoming when I first arrived ... And immediately asked about any existing injuries ⭐. During class Holly's voice was clear and her instructions were uncomplicated and easy to follow. Pointers were given and class was kept focused and punctual! Over all well done!

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. As a beginner, it was a struggle during the initial few days. But I never felt like quitting and that’s only because of the exceptional coaches ( Holly, Laura, Armando) who provide unwavering support. I’m in love with the 1 hour I spent here. I finally found something I’ll want to stick with.

Laura is an incredible coach! I am new to CrossFit and was nervous to get started but Laura is so friendly and patient - she made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to just go for it! I love every class - they are always tough but Laura and all of the coaches at CrossFit Somos offer variations for each members’ individual level and encourage you to challenge yourself. I am always amazed at what my body can do! I am so happy I joined this amazing gym!

Holly is an amazing coach who is always tuning into everybody’s needs for example my lower back was hurting today so she suggested I run on the assault track versus shuttle runs right be bending over. She’s always checking in with everybody and always keeping us motivated during the grind of a workout.

Laura is a wonderful coach that cares about her clients. This gym is exactly what I was looking for in that it’s a great environment, the workouts are as simple or as challenging as you make it (they have simplified versions for different capabilities) and the coaches actually teach you proper form! I go 4 times a week and I love it.

This was my first class after 6 months off and at 23 weeks pregnant …. I was feeling nervous to join the classes , again. Holly Parker was amazing (as always) - guided me through the class, added some modifications to my workout and monitoring that I was doing a safe workout for baby and mom. I feel more confident. I’m going to be back in a regular basis :).
