Coach Amanda is always so great to work with! I sometimes struggle with little technique tips and form, but she is excellent at giving constructive feedback that helps me improve! She notices the small details, and guides me through corrections in a way that feels encouraging! Every class with her at CrossFit Shipwreck is a joy to go to - there’s a positive energy she brings that makes even the toughest workouts feel manageable and rewarding. Kyle provides helpful guidance on my weight selections, form, and any modifications in a supportive and positive way! He notices when my form starts to waver and offers corrections that make me feel more confident and safe throughout the workout. Being newer to CrossFit, I really appreciate how he understands when I need to challenge myself and when to scale back. Kyle and the other coaches create an inclusive and welcoming environment!
Trevor is an outstanding coach who brings a lot of energy to every session. He keeps the workouts engaging and fun, which makes it easier to push through even the toughest exercises. I’ve noticed he pays close attention to everyone’s form and offers helpful tips to improve technique without slowing down the flow. Being around his positive attitude really lifts the whole atmosphere at CrossFit Shipwreck. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys coaching, and that makes the gym feel like a place where you want to keep coming back.
So. Much. Fun! Looking into challenging myself more as I hit year 30 next year! I have been lifting weights for years but I’ve been looking to change it up. Look forward to becoming a regular here! And supporting local! Thank you Sarah for a great first class!

Kyle provided expert coaching on positioning and form! He also demonstrated multiple scaling options so that all of the class participants were able to get the most out of their work out!

Coach Trevor was very welcoming right away. Throughout the session, he gave good feedback on each exercise, carefully watching my form and offering tips to improve. He definitely helped make me want to come back and try it again, everyone there was really nice and welcoming and it was a good workout.
What was the highlight of today's workout? Today was my first day back in a while at CrossFit Shipwreck. Daniel was a first-class coach, demonstrating proper form clearly and walking me through each movement step-by-step. Throughout the entire workout, he offered positive critiques that felt encouraging rather than overwhelming. He noticed when my stance was off and gently guided me to adjust, which made a noticeable difference in how the exercises felt. Thank you for being a great coach!! It’s always great to find a gym with coaches who know how to positively impact your life - not just physically but mentally too. Daniel’s focus on both your form and your outlook created an atmosphere that made me feel confident and motivated to push myself further. This kind of coaching makes all the difference, especially after being away for a while.

The coaches at CrossFit Shipwreck really believe in me every session, which makes a huge difference in my motivation. Trying to get back into it after a total knee replacement has been challenging, but Coach Hunter, like all of the coaches at CrossFit Shipwreck, was very supportive in giving me some options for the workout that were within my abilities. He carefully listened to what I could handle and suggested modifications that kept me moving without overdoing it. I appreciated how he checked on me throughout, making sure I was comfortable while still feeling challenged. The atmosphere at CrossFit Shipwreck is welcoming and encouraging, and I always feel so much support when I come here. The coaches’ attentiveness and willingness to personalize workouts make a big difference in my progress and confidence.
First CrossFit class ever, and I loved it! Coach Sarah gave me pointers throughout the workout, gently correcting my form and encouraging me throughout the workout, which helped me feel confident and comfortable even as a beginner. When first walking in Hunter was so welcoming! It felt like I had entered into a group of friends. Hunter gave great coaching on form through each step of the workout. He was very encouraging with an infectious energy!

Even before I walked in the doors I felt welcomed and supported as a result of the excellent and prompt communication from Sarah. Class itself was accessible and so fun with the movements and great music to keep you in rhythm. Will definitely be back!

Hunter was incredibly knowledgeable on the workouts being performed. He also was very aware of peoples limitations and would step in without hesitation if I was nearing failure and potentially hurting myself
It was great, as always. Hunter does a good job of understanding my needs and my limitations and helping me adjust my workout so I still get a hard workout without getting hurt or not being able to function for days after. I always enjoy class. Thanks for everything.

I've been attending Trevor's class at Crossfit Shipwreck gym for some time now with my husband, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Trevor truly knows what he's doing, combining expert knowledge with effective coaching techniques. The workouts are always challenging yet accessible, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their fitness level, can participate and progress.
Trevor is an awesome coach! Being so new to crossfit, it’s sometimes hard to get down technical movements. Most times before I even have to ask, he is right there, breaking everything down for me in a way I can understand. Trevors personality and humor definitely makes class that much more fun!
Kyle makes class fun and challenging, encouraging members to push and challenge themselves. Makes everyone feel included, promoting community in the gym setting. He is knowledgeable with lifts and technique and I always learn something when Kyle coaches.

It's my second week and I couldn't feel more welcome! All of the coaches I have had class with have taken the extra time to insure I am using proper form. It's very easy to stay motivated, during a workout, with their energy and positive attitudes! I have struggled to find a workout routine, outside of cardio, that I can follow and stick with. This was my first cross-fit class ever and Sarah did an amazing job instructing! I love how she made me feel included being a newbie and focused on making sure I was using proper form while not taking away from the other advanced people in the class. Needless to say, I’m super excited to come back!
Coach was gracious with us showing up 2min before class and was ready with our digital forms we needed since I forgot to do it in advance. He introduced us and then proceeded to clearly explain the wod. It was chill and the gym didn’t feel like a drop-in, which is a good thing! Would highly recommend and would definitely drop in again… minus the burpee boxovers.
