Warm up was fun and the work out was a good type of challenging! I had some asthma troubles at one point, the coach was very attentive and checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay

Start to finish great experience. Everyone was beyond friendly, the place was super clean. Great work out with great coaching. Definitely will be dropping in again when out of state.

Dropped in at CrossFit Serve while traveling for work. I felt very welcomed ! It’s one of the cleanest and most organized gym I’ve seen. Dropped in for open gym.

530pm class 6/10/2024 Coach was great very enthusiastic. Great info on the movements/placements. Very engaged with the class. 1 thing I as coach would recommend would be introducing any drop ins and some info on them. Please don’t take that as a negative criticism. My gym was horrible at that (I included) till it was pointed out. She was a great coach did a very good job. Keep up the good work.
