Melissa is great! I’m visiting from out of town and have only been doing CrossFit for six months. Before the workout started, Melissa took the time to show us how to do all the movements and exercises carefully, breaking down each step so I understood the proper form and technique. She watched closely as I practiced, making sure I was doing them correctly and offering helpful adjustments that made me feel confident and safe throughout the session. The workout itself was great - it challenged me just enough to push my limits without feeling overwhelming. I also really enjoyed meeting and working out alongside a lot of cool people at CrossFit Salire who made the whole experience more fun and motivating.
Heather is awesome! She’s great at giving feedback that really helps me improve my movements. She also pays close attention to everyone in the class, walking around and offering specific tips that make a noticeable difference in how I perform each exercise.
As I approach my 365‑day milestone, I want to recognize Coach Melissa. She doesn’t just run the gym—she’s an incredible coach who truly cares about her athletes. Melissa always checks in to see if I need any modifications, making sure I can get through every workout safely and effectively. Her support has been a huge part of my journey, and I’m grateful for her guidance every step of the way.

Great coach, knowledgeable and makes it fun! During the session, they carefully explained each movement and demonstrated proper form, which helped me feel confident and safe throughout the workout. The coach also kept the energy high with encouraging words and light humor, turning a tough workout into something I actually looked forward to. I noticed they paid attention to how I was doing, offering modifications when needed without losing the challenge. This approach made the whole experience enjoyable and motivating, which is why CrossFit Salire stands out from other gyms I’ve tried.
We had a new person there for her second class and the class was focused on hspu. Kelli made sure to work with her one on one to make sure she had an appropriate scaling option and gave her a lot of coaching on push jerks 5/5 stars. I was ignored though so 0/5 stars for that 🤷♀️
Melissa is always giving great workout cues and movement feedback. I pushed myself just the right amount based on the workout. I am already sore, but that's a good thing.
Michelle is the best! Always ready for anything and happy to help. Big time MOM vibes and always fun to be around...

Words cannot express how happy myself and my wife were to workout with Melissa this morning! We are on vacation from Miami and Melissa made us feel welcomed like we were at home. She was very flexible with the scaling and always making sure we were ok. We will definitely be dropping by whenever we are in town!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I dropped in for a class and had such a great experience thanks to Coach Brandon. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and didn’t hesitate to introduce himself, which instantly made me feel comfortable. He was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire workout. I really appreciated how he encouraged everyone in the class, regardless of fitness level. His energy and approach made the whole experience positive and motivating. Highly recommend dropping in if you get the chance!
Melissa was organized and focused, helping members and 3 drop in guests figure out alternative activities if needed. She reminded everyone about water intake and frequently checked on everyone to make sure they were okay. Great class! Thank you.
I thought the coaching was just right, made sure we got warmed and and loose before the WOD and even gave us a few moments to warmup anything we may need individually. Constant encouragement throughout the workout and made sure we were all aware of the interval timings. It was a really glad experience

Coach Karen is amazing! She helped me to correct my form and suggested scaled workouts when needed. Also, she made sure to show some post workout stretchings which help to reduce the soreness.
She offered a variety of alternate movements for each exercise. I feel as if I can have a safe and challenging class each time.
Kelli made it so easy to jump in to the classes. She made sure to check if I ever had questions and explained things easily so it was understandable. Definitely makes starting something new so much easier!
Karen assisted me when do weightlifting, correcting when i have less than ideal form. Ahe also offered encouragement to complete all the routines.
Dropping in for a few days at CrossFit Salire, everyone was very welcoming and Matt ran great class. He gave some on point technique recommendations, set a good encouraging tempo, and had a good energy/attitude.
Melissa is one of the few coaches I have trained with who really invests and gives you personal guidance. Over the past few months, I can already see the difference of the little things I have learnt which helped me to lift heavier, get the technique right and just feel great about your progress.

Class was pretty great today! Dropped in during a testing week and truly enjoyed the energy when folks were aiming for their respective PRs! Coach Michelle is the best! Life has been crazy, and I hadn’t been to the gym in a while. I wasn’t feeling my best either, but I pushed myself to go because I needed to move. What I love about Michelle is that she meets you where you are and encourages you to just keep moving. Getting back to the gym is half the battle, but having supportive people like her makes it so much easier—and so worth it! Love her!!!

Michelle is the best. Great guidance on workout strategy and provides lots of options for scaling to accommodate those of us with aches and pains. There is something for everyone! As a bonus, she makes it a really fun atmosphere. Two thumbs up!
Michelle is a 5 star coach, and a beast at that she taught me how to do snatches, cleans, jerks, stretches etc and how to maintain the form while performing these techniques. She is very knowledgeable and give you lessons you can use outside the gym. You are a powerhouse Michelle I love my 8:30 class, come join us!! Wake up out the bed and let’s have a fun time!!
