This is my first time at any CrossFit and it’s probably been about two years since I’ve actively worked out. Jay is a fantastic coach he is patient, attentive and is always pushing me to do my best. Couldn’t ask for a better coach.
Jenn is always on top of you to avoid bad movements, she is the best coach, keep us on line. Takes her time to explain the movements even the scale down versions, good with the new people, she teaches technique and is not there just to read the list 🙌🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
CrossFit Sabal Park is very welcoming!! From the moment I walk in, there’s a warm, family-oriented vibe that makes me feel right at home. What I really appreciate is that I can bring my baby along without any hassle, which takes a big weight off my mind and lets me focus on the workout. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive - they don’t just shout instructions but take the time to watch your form closely, offer helpful corrections, and encourage you throughout each movement. Their support feels genuine, like they truly want you to succeed and improve safely. This combination of a friendly atmosphere and skilled coaching makes every visit feel comfortable and motivating, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back.

Justin was awesome today! Led the class with a great warm up and pushed us the whole team, even when we were beginning to fatigue.
Nicole always pays close attention to everyone’s form during the warmup and workout and kindly offers adjustments and cues for improvement. Her coaching style aligns with the overall atmosphere at CrossFit Sabal Park, which is motivating but not overwhelming and embraces the idea that crossfit truly is for every body.
Jenn always does a great job at providing great detail on technique and proper form. I also love how she tells us if we can’t hit a certain target number of reps for that weight then it’s probably best to go down in weight, this always helps be gage if i should RX or not. Today was a little extra special bc she caught on to the fact that i had pulled the the slack from the foot plate out and as i was rowing she was making adjustments for me. I thought that was pretty cool! she definitely didn’t have to go the extra mile but she did anyway!
Best Coach Ever!
The selection wouldn’t allow me to input her name but this review is for Aracelli. I don’t always get to stay for her classes but today I was able to stay later for a Tuesday morning. She’s always so lively and keeps us going and the atmosphere she brings is always so bright. Araceli is always In tune with us individually and makes it a point to double check if we’re in need of any help with technique. She’s great!
This is one of the best coaches there is. Just amazing,keeps the class focused and structured and take his time to explain and give tips during the class. Great asset for the gym

I've been in and out of CrossFit Sable Park for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Kayla has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always catering to my needs and ensuring I get the most out of my workouts. One of the standout features for me is the kids' program. It’s a huge part of our commitment to fitness as a family, and I'm thrilled that they share the same values of positivity, working on your best self, and fun.

My first workout was amazing. Aracelli did a great job explaining the movements and encouraging us to keep pushing. She was great about correcting technique and giving pointers to combat fatigue. I felt comfortable in her class and after the soreness wears off a little(lol), I’ll definitely be back
He did great taking his time to show me the correct format and motivated me throughout the workout!
Nicole is the only coach that modifies the work out for people that can’t do all the moves in the WOD. She always checks to make sure your form is correct, that way you don’t get hurt. She is definitely a huge asset to CFSP. I only want to go when she is there. My son and daughter in law enjoyed the class because of her. Nicole rocks !!!!

Jenn took the time to explain the work out, performed each movement, and advised which movement had to be synchronized ( partner workout). This allowed my partner and I to move through the WOD efficiently. I’m very happy with this CrossFit and will come again.

Class was amazing. Coach came around the room during warm ups to talk to every individual athlete, which made a difference. WOD was an expectedly grueling challenge but other athletes gave encouragement. Thank you, CrossFit Sabal Park!
Jen has a passion for coaching. She always pushes everyone to do their best, with a smile on her face. She understands the mechanics of movements and will teach you the proper way to do them.
Aracelli did a great job coaching. She helped me with my breathing during the row by keeping my chest open at the end of the pull. She also helped with engaging my lats during the bench press.
Jenn was awesome at giving the group class today. From making you feel apart of the CrossFit community there to being very descriptive on how the proper movement should be done. Great workout!

My 2nd class with Jen. During my first one she really helped with my form on back squats (have not done them before). This class I did it with no corrections. She is very helpful with any questions during class.

Im visiting CF Sabel Park while in town for work the next 2 weeks. One day there and Im sold on this gym. Nicole was welcoming and included me like I had been a member for a long time. She kept class right on track, demonstrated the skills perfectly and provided great scaling options. She's an amazing coach. I would definitely become a member if I loved to town permanently.

Jenn did a great job managing such a large class. I felt a bit rushed on the lifting portion, but that wasn’t her fault as we had a lot to fit in to the time allotted to us.

Favorite coach at the gym! Very knowledgable and extremely encouraging even when we suck. He is always pushing us outside of our comfort zone, even when we hate him for it. Thank you Justin for making me love crossfit again!
I think Justin is the second best coach we have next to Kayla. I’d be ok with him coaching 6am all week. Just my two cents. He cares about the sport and the athletes BUT doesn’t take it overly serious. He makes it fun.

Justin exhibits strong command presence when presenting the strength and METCON blocks in the WODs he is assigned to. The workouts are explained clearly and effectively and he is thoroughly engaged during and after each workout session.
