Chaya was amazing she helped me with my deadlift technique!
Damir helped me today by carefully watching my form during each exercise routines and giving clear, precise instructions on how to improve. Always reminding me to keep my elbows up while holding the bar and going through my lounges. Damir encouragement kept me motivated through the whole session, especially during the tough sets of lounges and bench press. Definitely one of my favorite coaches at CrossFit Rockland I left feeling stronger and more confident in my technique, which is exactly what I need to keep progressing. Today’s class at CrossFit Rockland was a retest of a workout we did earlier this year, and I was nervous to see if I’d improve or even come close to my previous performance. With Chaya’s thorough warm-up, along with her clear performance tips and cues - like reminding me to engage my core and keep my pace steady - I was able to improve my score this go around. She constantly walked around the room, noticing small details in form and offering adjustments that made a real difference. Chaya knows how to keep the class engaged through her encouraging tone and by tailoring motivation to each athlete’s individual skills and limitations. It felt like she was coaching just for me, even in a group setting. Thanks for a great class as usual!

One of Rommel’s best qualities is accountability. If you aren’t showing up, he’s checking in on you.. if you aren’t pushing yourself, he is pushing you. It is easy to avoid challenging yourself (especially at 5:30am) but not with Rommel around! Thanks to Coach Rommel for being the support we all need.
I am new to this Cf and selfsupported than I expected, and that made a big difference in how I approached the workout. This kind of attention matters because it encourages me to keep coming back and improving without fear of messing up. CrossFit Rockland feels like a place where beginners are truly welcome, and that makes all the difference.

Rommel is an excellent coach. He watches everyone’s form and encourages us consistently. He truly cares about our progress and we’re lucky to have him as our coach.
Great workout. Great explanation of techniques to be an efficient rower. The cherry on top was her helping soothe my 3 month old son next to me in his bassinet so mommy could get her workout in! This isn’t just a gym, you’re treated like family.

Solid class today. Coach was able to handle all the chatter that usually happens on weekends when everyone is cheery, and presented the PreWOD well. The actual WOD was deceiving exhausting but felt great afterwards.
Rommel gave his 100% today as he always does. Energetic and encouraging, he makes you want to do your best and exceed your own expectations. I look forward to my Friday afternoons at 12:30 with Rommel!

Rommel always does a great job managing a very large class, and keeps things moving. He clearly explains the workout, and always shows alternative options, which is very helpful for me, since I have shoulder issues, and can’t always do the Rx version of the workout. I appreciate his energy and enthusiasm for CrossFit.
Chya has focused on her athletes needs for as long as I have trained at Rockland. Her coaching is individualized to the athletes and their desired outcomes. For me, it’s strength, flexibility, agility and durability.
Chaya ran a great class as always. She is always keeping the class as a whole motivated while also finding a way to address what we need individually as athletes.

I can honestly say Clark one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly attentive, noticing even the smallest details in my form and helping me make corrections that have made a huge difference in my performance and safety. She’s always there to guide me on choosing the right weights—pushing me when I’m ready, but never beyond what’s smart for my body. Most importantly, she’s helped me build confidence in myself, both in and out of the gym. Every session feels purposeful and encouraging, and I leave knowing I’ve learned and grown. I’m truly grateful to have her as my coach!

Chaya is effective, efficient, reliable, and fun. I’m always surprised at how she’s able to get us out on time and squeeze in as much coaching as she does. In a perfect world I’d be able to prepare an essay for reviewing in detail how she can lead a class with max number of people while still finding the time to tweak my lift or advise me on training load or timing. Suffice to say very high quality and I value my time under her coaching.

I’ve had a great experience working with Coach Tim at the gym. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to helping athletes improve. During one of my workouts, he took the time to correct my form and explain the proper technique in a way that really made sense. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everyone moves safely and effectively is something I truly appreciate. You can tell he really cares about the gym and the people in it he is always supportive and brings great energy.
