I can honestly say Clark one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly attentive, noticing even the smallest details in my form and helping me make corrections that have made a huge difference in my performance and safety. She’s always there to guide me on choosing the right weights—pushing me when I’m ready, but never beyond what’s smart for my body. Most importantly, she’s helped me build confidence in myself, both in and out of the gym. Every session feels purposeful and encouraging, and I leave knowing I’ve learned and grown. I’m truly grateful to have her as my coach!

Rommel truly cares about our health and wellbeing. He watches us consistently, making sure our form is correct. Before our workout, Rommel shows us the proper form as well as improper form. He takes his role as our coach very seriously. I’m so grateful for Rommel.

Chaya is effective, efficient, reliable, and fun. I’m always surprised at how she’s able to get us out on time and squeeze in as much coaching as she does. In a perfect world I’d be able to prepare an essay for reviewing in detail how she can lead a class with max number of people while still finding the time to tweak my lift or advise me on training load or timing. Suffice to say very high quality and I value my time under her coaching.
