Did a drop in today. Becky and the class were very welcoming - and she gave me good coaching cues throughout the class, as well as checking i didnt need to scale at any point. Definitely would drop in again!
Class was great! I really liked how she took the time to go over proper rowing form. It was a good refresher and I caught myself thinking about techniques she taught while I was working out. Great environment and everybody was super welcoming! I’ll definitely be back.
Lauren does a great job with offering options to scale workouts to fit my ability or energy level for the day (still not getting great sleep due to this baby!). She’s a great encourager and helps me find a level that is challenging for me each and every time I come to the gym.

Matt’s class is always power packed and motivate to push myself.
Reframe is a fun way to move in ways that we don’t get in CrossFit. It’s a lot of rotational and body-positioning work which I find helps in different ways. Tim is always really good at explaining the intent behind everything, what we can expect in both the warmup and workout, and he keeps an eye on what we can individually work on once we start flowing.

Lauren is a fantastic coach. She made me feel so comfortable in my first workout back postpartum. She was very attentive to my form/movements to make sure I didn’t injure myself and she helped me scale the workout appropriately. Looking forward to taking more of her classes!

My workout today was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming & Sadie did such a good job of checking in on me and my girls. She explained everything in a way that we felt confident in what we were doing AND we knew how to engage the right muscles with the right breathing. She was funny & engaging and the class was super fun! Totally recommend for all skill levels. LOVED IT!

Tim did a wonderful job coaching Rebar yesterday. He gave excellent technical queues and, more importantly to me, reminded me to have a positive mindset while lifting. The class had great energy and started/ended on time. I would definitely recommend Rebar and Coach Tim to everyone.

It was great. All the movements were clearly explained and demonstrated, and feedback was given as needed. The scaling options were also demonstrated which is much appreciated for someone who needs those options. I also like that the expected stimulus of the WOD was clearly explained so you have a target to shoot for. Also it was just a fun class and experience. Good coach, good people
