Jesse was great today! He made sure I got the best out of my workout, by showing me the proper form and techniques especially with the lifts, and also made recommendations on alternative exercises that are out of my reach for my first session. He was of course welcoming and supportive of my return, ensuring me that the sport will become second nature and I will find my knick with which weights to use and where I can push myself. CFP has always been such a great environment to be in no matter what age or fitness level. I am lucky enough to have a friend that has been doing this sport for years, so she was alongside me the whole workout which helps a lot. Nonetheless, I have 0 doubts about Jesse’s knowledge and you can see the passion he has for his clients development. I am looking forward to many more sessions with Jesse and grow my confidence at CFP!!

My initial visit with Bianca was great, she was very accommodating not only to me with the exercises but also to the mums with children in our class. Bianca made it a very positive experience from the get go and I can't wait to start my training with her!

I liked how he progressed each movement into manageable chunks. Also instead of giving me many things to focus on for a movement he tried to find and enforce one element that was the most important for me. Very educational and professional!!

Coach Ty is always very helpful and caries alot of knowledge, to top it off he is a pleasant bloke to be around. He has helped me improve on getting closer to those muscle-up...those small ques have made a difference to date...soon I'll be up there. I enjoy his classes very much and he always has a good chat.

I enjoyed class and didn’t feel any pressure from Lucas. He was encouraging and that was good as I was initially a little tentative about my ankle. When I felt I’d put enough pressure on it he was fine with my decision. I felt happy at the end of the session as my ankle was okay and not sore. All in all I enjoyed being back cheers Irene

Lucas as always was very professional and made our training session today fun, happy and energetic to keep everyone upbeat and working hard. He explained all sections of the workout in detail and made me feel like i knew exactly what I was meant to be doing and also went through the scaled option if needed.
