Very Motivating and pushed me to my best ability.
I liked the programming today, a solid strength focus with the push press. Luke encouraged me to be more explosive and stay at a lower weight, and was really supportive of my growth in the neck to overhead press.
Luke helped with form & encouragement to lift more on squats. He motivated me through the conditioning session. I appreciate his advice & mentoring.

Great steady workout for a Monday and a hot day. Looking forward to some cooler days that allow us to ramp up some cardio workouts.
I attended a class with Julie Beth as a coach. She was great at time management, explaining the warm ups and movements, personally connecting with each person and providing encouragement!
I had a great time! Lucas took time to check in on everyone individually throughout the workout and offer directed tips and support. I’ll be back tomorrow!
Coach Luke is very in tune with everyone's needs during the workout. He's able to assist any kind of scaling option and makes it a lot less stressful. Today I was recovering from being sick, and he was able to change up the workout to accommodate me.
Kendall is the best coach. She makes the class fun and still pushes you. Love my gym and all our coaches. It’s more like a community and family than a place you workout.
Great instruction, awesome workout to build skillset and form, and expectations were clear! It is easy to ask questions or for help during class making the experience overall easy to build confidence in your movements for every lift!

Lucas was very encouraging with feedback and helpful criticism. He was very patient with a beginner and helped me to get correct form on movements. Lucas pushed me past my comfort zone to challenge me without it being too hard. Great trainer and would highly recommend for any level!
It was my first ever CrossFit class and Kendall the coach was sensitive to all the potential hiccups I might run into! Had a great time and loved the energy! Playlist is bangers only.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a while now, and Coach Lucas is one of the best coaches I’ve trained with. His knowledge of weightlifting technique is next-level—he breaks down movements in a way that makes everything click, whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete. The programming is also spot-on. It’s well thought out, challenging, and balanced, with a great mix of strength, skill, and conditioning. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in both my lifts and overall fitness since training with him. On top of that, Lucas creates a motivating and supportive environment every time you walk through the door. He’s encouraging, pushes you to be your best, and genuinely cares about your progress. Great class! Forced me to spend time practicing a movement I don’t like, but needed. And the metcon still left me dripping with sweat and gasping for air by the end.
Lucas crushed. He was super attentive to my form and helpful in pointing out any errors I was making. I immediately felt this would be a gym that prioritizes my form and safety over reps exertion.
David was a great coach! Gave thorough instructions and paid careful attention to our form. Super encouraging!

Lucas was great. Only minor things was the machines could probably be maintenance but with the humidity and everything I understand. All the other issues were because I forgot to bring my own gear. Gym has some good potential. Thanks again Lucas!

I appreciate the atmosphere of the class! Crossfit was always intimidating to me. But not after taking the class! Caitlin was very helpful to coach and encourage. I went to the 9am class that offers childcare, so usually young moms attend that class. That was a good fit for me also being a young adult female!
The workout was very well put together and pushed me to my max! It was hard but a good experience! Had a blast!

Caitlin is amazing! She is friendly and welcoming. Caitlin walked me through the entire workout while also encouraging me. She will make sure you get the most out of your workout but will also suggest modifications if needed.

Today I went in for open gym. I always loving going to CrossFit obey, whether it is for open gym or a scheduled workout. Today I did a workout that was meant to be for a different day. Even though it is open gym coach Luke is readily available and willing to answer any questions about the workout or specific technique. It is also fun to see coach Luke put in the work during open gym. All the coaches are inspirations.
This was my first time here and Zane had no issue answering my questions and explaining things. He's sincere and thorough and I really appreciated him checking my form. I'll driveline be back!
