Great. I was nervous to come back after some time away, but Billy immediately made the environment comfortable and encouraging. He took the time to check in with me, offered modifications to the workout that fit my current level, and kept the energy positive without pressure. I didn’t realize how much I missed CrossFit in general until this class at CrossFit Nashua - the mix of varied movements, the challenge of the WOD, and the community vibe all came rushing back. By the end, I felt accomplished and motivated, like I genuinely needed to get back into this. The class reminded me why CrossFit Nashua is such a great place to train.

Billy was a great instructor, being very welcoming to me being a first timer. He provided positive criticism to help me gain the proper form and techniques making the workout even more rewarding. The encouragement I received from Billy and the other participants was enough to sign up for more. I'm looking forward to future workouts and joining the community.
Today was the first day back in a couple of months due to being a full time college student. I received a wonderful greeting and actually have two great friends joining as well! Billy is always making sure we understand the plan for the day and body mechanics are what they should be. He is amazing!
My first CF Nashua class tonight. Glenn was so welcoming, made me feel right at home. He checked in with me during the workout and was very encouraging.
I’ve been to gyms before and worked with other trainers, but nothing—and I mean nothing—compares to this CrossFit family! 💪 From day one, everyone—from the staff to every member—has been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and downright amazing. Coach Sarah is the kind of CrossFit coach everyone needs in their corner! She’s tough in the best way possible — always pushing you to give your all and never letting you take the easy way out. No matter how tired you are, she somehow gets that extra bit of effort out of you. Her energy, encouragement, and eye for form make every class both challenging and rewarding. You’ll walk out exhausted but proud, knowing you didn’t skimp on a single rep.
Juan is great and I always appreciate him as a coach. My only ask is for him to stop calling us guys and to use “guys and gals”, or “gals” or “people” or “athletes” etc.

Amazing class!! Billy did a great job helping with the Olympic lifts. He is very patient.
It was my first class and Billy worked with me to be sure I had correct form as well as correct weight. He continued to check with me to see if I had any questions. He showed me modifications which I need to for my tendinitis in my wrists. I enjoyed the class very much. I’m looking forward to my next class.

Glenn is a very inspirational coach. First, he explains the workout in great detail so we understand and are comfortable with the movements, then he cheers us on the whole time. He keeps you motivated throughout the whole class to get our best workout in!

Juan is such a great coach. He knows how to reel me in from my competitive fire and helps me focus on form and control over me just going for it. But also knows how to push and encourage me if he knows I can do more.

As always, it felt great getting back to the swing of things. I was out doing some military training and after two months im back. Sarah worked well to ensure I received some one on one as she did many others. She critiqued my form and worked with me on alternatives to ensure I received the best in my workout. I walked out feeling accomplished today! Thank you Sarah!

This was easily one of the toughest but fun workouts! I’d consider it a full body workout since the next day my upper and lower body were extremely sore. The Bearcrawl sandbag drag was completely new to me & I appreciated the demonstration/feedback. Billy is a great coach & helps me stay positive whenever I am doubting myself or feel like I am “dying” during a workout. You’re awesome! Thank you :)

They’re intense, but in a good way. This was a big surprise for me. I was nervous walking in, but the coaches and people were really welcoming. Everyone remembers your name, cheers you on, and makes you feel like part of the crew right away.

Overall: good coaching and friendly 1) A few minutes of more dynamic stretching 2) every 2-3 weeks the previous coach would have a little competition/game in warming up, got to meet other/new folks to CrossFit Minor, just nice to have
