Matt is an attentive, proactive, knowledgeable, adaptive and motivating coach. He provides great instruction and helps me through when I get mentally stuck. The other people in class are also supportive. It is awesome to be back at THIS gym! Love it! GRATEFUL for this place and the people.

What did you accomplish today? I went to CrossFit today to check it out to see if I would like it and I am feeling 100% amazing afterwards. Audrey and Matt were so kind and made sure that I got comfortable with my class. They geared my first session to be a little bit easier so I wasn’t overwhelmed and explained everything beautifully. The facilities are top-notch and I really feel like I got a new lease on life with having a new exercise routine, highly recommend.

This morning was my first 5am class. I am a female, so I was a little intimidated. Sometimes crossfit gyms or any new gym can has been for me in the past. There were two other females in the class. ( One was really friendly & we met before class which helped me feel at ease). Coach Matt was friendly too and kind. He was very knowledgeable and walked through the warm ups with us as a group and each exercise, and what pieces of equipment to use. He came over to remind me of the times for each exercise and when I needed to adjust my form too, for certain exercises. He explained the why its important to rest in between too, and answered any questions I had. Mid way through the class, I felt empowered, stronger than I thought I was and energized, even though it was 5am. The class was respectful too. Everyone did the workouts at their pace and others did more if they were capable. No one got in each other's way or were obnoxious or rude, which I have experienced at other gyms and classes before. I was grateful for that. I left feeling stronger and more confident as an athlete. Thank you so much! I am looking forward to learning & growing stronger as I attended more classes throughout the fall.
Through my injury, Colleen has provided step by step suggestions, modifications, and opportunities to improve and get through workouts. This ensures the theme of the WOD gets completed without risking further injury or irritation.

Brittany has great communication skills sets up the class very well insuring a safe and enjoyable environment I appreciate her quiet demeanor and the fun way she gets you to move out of your comfort zone ensuring you maximize your CF experience
Colleen is a top tier coach. She has the knowledge and experience to adapt to any modification a athletes needs due to any injury they are recovering from. CFM is lucky to have her as well as the athletes
It was amazing! Was extremely fearful at first just hearing the word “CrossFit” but ended up being an awesome experience! Everyone is so kind and really make you feel apart of the group!

Jenna did a great job of helping me determine my target pace when I didn’t know it. She also corrected me on exercises I was doing improperly. Jenna helps me do the best I can do to get a great workout considering the limitations of my stiff body!
She led a great workout, paid attention to all of us and made useful suggestions to me.

Colleen is just the absolute best! Working on stretches she suggested between warm up sets really helped the lifting. Combined with her encouragement and direction, I was able to get back to my 1RM, which I haven’t attempted in more than a year.
Brian did a fantastic job. Although Brian is quiet and reserved he pays great attention to the class and is very detailed in his instruction in movements and correct lifting. Brian's nice smile and friendly approach is comforting when trying to attempt an impossible AMRAP that is programmed for that day. GOOD JOB BRIAN!
Craig was happy, nice greeting, did warmup overview with demo. He was out on floor and giving feedback and cues and hints on our lifts. Things to practice later. Engaging. Great job
