I’ve been a member at four or five CF gyms going back more than 10 years. I’ve always been impressed with how consistently good CF coaches are. But CF Longmont coaches are even a notch or two above the best CF coaches I’ve worked with in the past. They’re always fully engaged with the class. They never assume everybody already knows how to do a movement. They’re alway looking to improve everyone’s technique and fitness and above all, prevent injury. And they do all that while making it fun for beginners and veterans alike. Oh, and the facility is always clean and the equipment is plentiful and well maintained. I really can’t say enough…
I really appreciate their attention to seeing flaws and areas to improve not only in my lifts but also in others’. The coaches carefully observe each movement and offer clear, actionable advice to correct them. They kept the class on time without feeling rushing. The warmup was concise and focused, targeting the movements we’d use in the workout. The level of focus and structure at Crossfit Longmont makes every class feel purposeful and worth the effort.
Crossfit Longmont is amazing. I've only been a member for 2 weeks and new to crossfit but the coaches and community are so welcoming and friendly. As someone new to crossfit I'm also able to get a lot of feedback on my movements as they can be complex which has been incredibly valuable. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been a member at many CrossFit gyms over ~8 years, and the 4-6 PM classes are notorious to be the hardest to coach. You're dealing with a mix of members who are utterly spent, desperate to vent stress, or still mentally "at work." If a coach can bring the fire and charisma needed to get this group moving, while sticking to good form (and not be overly militant about it )- then that coach is exceptional. I think this was my second time taking a class with Kris who did a fantastic job with keeping the mood high, even while teaching back-to-back sessions.

Best CrossFit gym in northern Colorado period. Staff and equipment is excellent. Highly recommend to people that are new to CrossFit and people that can RX every workout. There is something for everyone.
I must say class is always great! I’ve been going to CFL for a little over a year now and I can’t see life without it. I’m much stronger and healthier than before, and the programming has helped remedy injuries and I’m sure prevent many more. Classes are fun because everyone is in it together no matter what the skill level, and there are positive vibes and encouragement all around. Today’s coach, Will, is one of the best, but I can honestly say the same about all the coaches at CFL. They are all very different but all have good energy, loads of experience and knowledge. They hear and see every individual for what they need on a daily basis. Best part is you just show up. No thinking about what you’re going to do at the gym. They got it all figured it for you. Strongly suggest getting off your ass and going to CrossFit Longmont.

I like taking Will’s classes! He knows everyone’s names and is always willing to help with substitutions for injuries or scaling options! Plus he plays good music!

What can I say about CFL? I've been a member since 2023 after starting Crossfit in California back in 2020. My lifts have improved a ton, not just in strength but also in technique. I am constantly challenging myself into a better athlete and being supported by the coaching team. It's a testament to their great knowledge that I was able to workout throughout my whole pregnancy (I did a workout in the morning and got induced at night) and come back even stronger. Many thanks to Kris, Crystie, Will, Zac, Sarah, CoPo, Ian, Matt W and Kerry. Y'all have built a community that encourages all of us to be better.
Matt was fabulous! Made sure everyone was familiar and comfortable with the exercises before moving into the workout. I appreciated Matt’s advice in scaling and modifying the exercises as needed.
Zac is thorough with his teaching methods, knowledgeable about all of the lifts and movements and has a great demeanor. He makes the classes both challenging and fun. Able to give each of the individuals the right amount of coaching to help them with whatever is the particular exercise or movement.

Cristie was great on explaining how to get better posture and technique to avoid injury. This place is great. Coaches are excellent on paying attention to everyone’s needs also you’ll find a great community here at CrossFit Longmont

Class was great! Coach Zac was on point being the encouraging expert he always is. Class was full and we all had a good time. The improvements that Kris has put into the facility are very meaningful. Good times and good people👍🏻
The coach set the class up for success. She gave good advice about scaling options and the reasoning we should use when choosing our movement intensity. She shared two good technique advise to athletes throughout the workout. She gave me two rowing tips and one V-up tip that helped my rowing be more efficient and my V-ups avoid back strain and utilize my abs more. I finished the workout dripping and feeling like I'd done myself some good.

Today my coach was Dan. He always brings a warm and fun vibe to the class, which I love. He also is very present during the exercises and corrects my form when necessary. In other words. Dan is great.

Class was great, coach was approachable, helpful, and fun. I really appreciated all the scaled options and not feeling like I had to keep up outside my comfort zone just getting back. I liked the heavy lift AMRAP combo. Perfect level of touching base throughout the workout from the coach as well.
My first class today was great and Dann did a great job making me feel welcome and confident in the workout. He was available for questions and periodically checked-in, which I appreciated! Looking forward to my next one.

Loved the class dynamic and coaching. Even as a long term crossfitter, good coaching matters, especially when we are under fatigue and form gets a little spicy. Great programming, great people!
The coach was very nice and provided great guidance to help me improve my movements. He also offered alternative exercises that I was able to do. Everyone is always so friendly and supportive!

New to CrossFit and the coaches were great at explaining how to do everything the correct way. Everyone has been really friendly and I am loving the classes.
The workouts are always challenging and I have to scale them down significantly, but I feel like I always have options and no one judges me for it. Today’s workout was fairly straightforward, but i can also always get answers for any technical questions I have.
It was my first class today and I can't recommend this gym and this style of workout enough, even if you've never done CrossFit before! Everyone is so welcoming and kind and my nerves evaporated immediately! Highly recommend!!
