Ashley does a nice job explaining the workout and how to scale if needed. I appreciate her instruction and feedback when I can improve a lift or movement.

Great experience as always. Ashley is able to effectively coach with specific cues that help my efficiency with the workouts. Case in point, “keep your head up!” Haha.

Always great energy to help keep us moving, don’t ever hesitate to say what we’re doing wrong, but I know handle that differently. And sometimes when we’re tired it may not matter. Great job!

Our coach is the best! I trust him completely. He knows when to say something and when to give space. He’s consistent, safe and encouraging. You can’t help but want to come back and make progress

Great Experience With CrossFit longma .In a span of 3 months I started to notice change. All because Of The Well Trained & Certified Trainer ( Micheal ) credit goes to him. I highly recommend all age groups to stop by and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed, thank you for the amazing fitness journey .

The interaction with the coach today, as in everyday, is almost perfect in my opinion. There is definite concern for safety, as well as non-judgmental options given for scaling a workout based on any physical concerns you may have. Yet, at the same time there is always encouragement to push beyond your comfort zone so you experience growth. Very satisfied with with the experience so far.

Mo is the best. He’s not pushy but challenges me to work harder and not give up. He has also created an environment of positivity and zero judgement. I’m 60 years old and cannot keep up with the others but Mo doesn’t make me feel like I don’t belong. It’s hard but I enjoy it.

Moah did great coaching today as always. I really love that you don’t move from ur standard of excellence. Example would be that you provide a great warm up every class, even if it’s all experienced folks in clsss that day. We are so blessed to have u in our fitness journey!!

It was a tough one!! The rowing was especially challenging. However, your coaching was very helpful. I learned to watch the curve and was able to adjust my strokes accordingly. I noticed I rowed a calorie every 3 strokes. Thank you for your support!
