Stephany begins class by greeting everyone by name and ending class by giving kudos to each person. She is present for 100% of the workout…walking down the line, making corrections and suggestions. Last week, Stephany realized during the workout that my partner and I needed different barbell weights and took it upon herself to change the weight in between each of our rounds which resulted in both of us being successful! Her smile and positive energy make her a pleasure to be coached by.
Ellen is always the most fun. She's great at cheering AND at helping me when my form isn't quite right.
Coach Stephany is amazing! She checked on me throughout the entire class and made sure I was doing every exercise safely and correctly. Since I struggle with bad back pain, she took extra time to show me movements that were right for my body and helped me adjust when needed. I felt supported, motivated, and cared for. Highly recommend her!

Coach Nick is a supportive coach. He’s always encouraging and he is intuitive as it relates to your fitness level. He monitors and teaches the correct form for maximum impact.

I love taking Coach Mike’s classes! He is so upbeat and encouraging. Everyone is always so happy in his classes! I love that he takes his time in warming us up to prevent injury. I appreciate that he talks us through each stretch, takes time to explain where/what we should feel, and why it is important.

If you see me in the class you might question what possessed me to join; the skill level I now possess might seem too low for hope; but because of Nick’s expertise and kindness I am hopeful I will live differently and avert the fate of my mother ! To have something different we must do something different.. sometimes prayer needs some human assistance! Thank you Nick!

I’m glad that Nick is always willing to help me modify my workouts, especially while I’m still learning how to do all the movements and I’m getting used to the pace and rhythm and content of the workouts. I’m really glad he pays attention to my form and correct it. He manages the class well, even when it’s big to accommodate all the skill levels.

Class programming was a sprint and those are always tough but the coach made sure everyone maintained good form and safety throughout

Jenn is a great coach who knows her stuff! She’s very approachable and supportive! Jenn walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to workouts and nutrition — I really look up to her and look forward to being in her classes.
I think Coach Nury is super knowledgeable. She goes over movements and the workout thoroughly. She also actively monitors to make sure everyone is doing the correct movements so they don’t hurt themselves. I have also gain some insight into better form for kipping from Coach Nury. She’s great!

Nick is a great coach! He's educational, understanding and really brings the best out of the class with a great balance of encouragement and expertise. The workouts are tough, but doable and scalable to every level. I'm learning also much

great yoga session! very targeted and a good balance of both accessible moves and challenging ones. enjoyed it and would recommend for all. I needed it. a good session exposes the areas of tension or pain you may otherwise overlook.
First class post-Foundations and I was absolutely nervous. Fellow members were kind and Nick broke things down for me in a way that made all the technical lingo digestible. I’m not 100% confident, but feel infinitely better being on the other side of my first official class thanks to Nick.

David is a kind thoughtful and intentional coach. He is always positive and encouraging without being pushy. I have attended his classes twice after a long break from doing Crossfit and both times he has made a point to come up to me at the end of class and tell me that I did a good job even though it is a very, very scaled interpretation of the work out of the day. :-)

Nick is great at assessing level of the person and suggesting the right kind of workout/ partner. Even though I have only done CrossFit a few times, he knew that I played sports and my median fitness would be at a decent level. I liked the fact that he helped me scale a few things just enough to challenge me and get me accustomed in the first few classes.
Nick checked in with me to make sure that I wasn't going to go overboard since it's been about a year since I've done CrossFit since taking time off during my pregnancy and 9 months with my twins. I think he could have reinforced to me to really stay mindful of my limits. It s great to be back in the class atmosphere and it was a great class!
I enjoy every class I attend! The workouts are explained in details if you don’t understand something. Nick is very attentive ensuring you are doing the workouts properly. The gym is always clean and the people are very welcoming.

This was my first ever CrossFit class, and I was super nervous. But Johnny was very encouraging with everyone and very mindful about modifications. The whole atmosphere was great, and I can’t wait to push myself in future classes!

Joining CrossFit Liminal is the best fitness journey investment so far. Going to a regular gym is fine, but sometimes you need more, and that's good coaches and daily workouts to help you achieve your fitness goal. When I started CrossFit, coach Nick corrected many things I was doing wrong. He meets you at your level and gradually works with you to develop the confidence to reach your goal.
