Zach is a great coach! He makes class fun by creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere where you actually look forward to showing up. Coach Amanda was great! She stayed attentive to my form and doesn't just "good job" me. She gives me the constructive feedback I need to hear and states adjustments I need to make. Being in crossfit for over 10 years, this is really important because we do develop bad habits, plus, no mirrors. She is aware of my fused sacrum, so attention to detail is key🙏🏼 And the key to helping me be better. I appreciate her not only looking out for my safety during a big class, but also helping with the kiddos so the mama's can tackle the bar.
Katie has lots of encouragement and provides options that work for me. I have a bad left shoulder and she makes sure I don't do something that will aggravate it.
Amanda is such a warm and motivating coach. She says hi to everyone before class, and gets down to business after thorough instruction, which I appreciate since I attend classes during my lunch break and have exactly 1 hour. Before coming here, I was ALWAYS anxious and shy going to the other local gyms, but haven't felt that way since starting here in July. I've met and set new goals and continously surprise myself! I look forward to my classes with Amanda and enjoy the environment she provides in all her classes.
Zach is a phenomenal coach. He runs an organized class and is extremely knowledgeable. He meets athletes where they are at and creates a positive atmosphere Zach always has great advice on how to improve and pushes me to do my best. Zach was willing to stay a few minutes late to allow me to finish the WOD and encouraged me the whole time!

Wade is great. He clearly explains things 3 times. We proceed to not listen to any of the explanations. Its not his fault we don't listen! I appreciate Wade's coaching and intentionality to form. He has helped me reach a higher level of lifting.

I love Zach’s class. He has great energy and really pushes his class. He also pays attention to his class and makes sure we have good form and has great tips and cues for different lifts. I love how he always shows up in a good mood with a good attitude.
How are you feeling after class? After class, I feel ready to conquer the day. The workout provided a mix of strength and cardio. Amanda is a great coach who always gives a word of encouragement, ands keeps a close eye on form, offering adjustments that made a real difference. I feel proud and accomplished that I took time to improve myself - there’s a genuine satisfaction in knowing I showed up and gave it my all. The energy in the gym at Crossfit LCValley is motivating. I leave feeling energized which sets a positive tone for the rest of my day.

Coach Jenn is always positive and welcoming, and does a great job keeping class moving in a seamless manner. Coach Jenn is well versed in the CrossFit movements, but possesses the ability to teach them in a simplistic manner everyone can understand. If you can, catch a class with Coach Jenn - she always does a great job!

David is a great coach! I really can’t say enough nice things about him. He’s very attentive to your safety and good form. He wants to make you successful but also gives you space to do your own thing if that’s what you need. Davis is a great person all around which really makes his coaching even better! Today was my first day back in a LONG time. It was great, coach Wade and other class participants took the time to check in on me several times. To add to that, during the workout coach Wade was encouraging and helped me keep going. Looking forward to getting back at it and being a healthier version of myself.

This gym is fantastic! Coach Brenda was so friendly. It was like I had been going there for years. Their facility is huge, clean, and well organized. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in town.
I feel like I’m always starting over because as a new retiree, my spouse and I travel frequently. Amanda is always happy to see me and never condescending. She gives me modifications to get me going again. This is fitness for living life for me, not a competition and I am loving it.

Great! Clear instructions on movements. Asked for questions. Guided as necessary. Not over coaching. I'm not a fan of the burpee OH dumbell snatches, but they are good for me. Thanks Katie! We had an appt with a sauna so we had to run right after class, if you were wondering.

This was my first time attending and David was awesome! He was very welcoming and made me feel at home. He constantly asked me questions on how the movement felt and made sure I was breathing and doing proper form. David also made the workout fun and the energy was overwhelmingly positive. Coach Russ took us through the warm up and dynamics of the big lifts that we would be doing. He stayed focused and on point with coaching and critiques. The class was extremely enjoyable and well taught.

David was great. He took the time to make sure our movements were done correctly, which always helps when learning or getting back into CrossFit. The class size was helpful as well - more time to focus on individuals that needed it. His help was very encouraging and respectful. He didn’t rush us out after our hour was over, so we were able to cool down and do our stretching after tough workout. I needed it! Thanks CrossFit LCV and Coach David.

It is my very first time in CF, and coaches Russ and Zach were leading the class. I liked the class, and found it helpful and fun. Zach explained the exercises to me, and was nice to repeat instruction when I needed that. I loved the feel of the class, everyone was friendly and encouraging! It made me want to go back and challenge myself to get back in shape. Thank you!!
Coach Amanda is a GEM of coach/person. She works so hard to make sure each member is getting the support they need to succeed with their health/fitness goals. The community of this gym has been life changing for me and so many others.
Carolyn was awesome!! I have been wanting to get back into working out but needed a slower pace with lots of explanation. She was very thorough in explaining so that no one would get hurt and genuinely cared about everyone in the class. Modifications for the class were spot on. Her class was exactly what I needed.
Only my third class, but she explains things well, is flexible and seems to be very knowledgeable. She also has an eye and spirit to bring people together.
Wade is always encouraging to all members and very efficient when it comes to time management with class! 👊🏻

I also had a buddy in the class who worked with me, so that was a positive. Looking forward to making improvements in regaining the strength I’ve lost over the past few years. I think this is the right place for that!
Class is always fun and skills are progressed to abilities that are acceptable to each person. The coaches are always learning to make our experience better and keep up progressing with our goals.

The work was well programmed and the coach walked around and helped everyone with their form if they needed it. Very encouraging and offered different variations of the workout to meet everyone’s ability.
As a drop in visitor with not even a year of experience, I had a blast during a challenging workout. Amanda was fun, encouraging and attentive to all. I really enjoyed my first wod at CFLCV and look forward to the rest of the week.

Coach Amanda is Amazing! I showed up to the gym several years ago as a skinny runner. She worked hard to transform me into a much healthier body. I am now twice as strong and can still run as fast as my weak self from before joining CFLCV. My wife is extra pleased with the results. As am I because she saw my transformation and joined me in the gym and she is now even fitter than the day we met 20 years and 2 kids ago.

I love this place! I started about 8 weeks ago - with a long way to go. I am over weight, out of shape and not strong. Amanda (and her fleet of coaches) is amazing and I quickly realized I can trust her (really all of the coaches) to know when and how to push and when to hold back. Within a week I was beginning to experience: increased confidence, stamina, increased strength and a definite endorphine burst with each work out. My overall functional capacity has improved greatly. I am so grateful to be here

Being new to a team is always uncomfortable but everyone welcomed me with open arms, the coach was amazing and everyone was so kind. They even took time to share local knowledge with me and welcomed me to idaho. I will continue to be with this team even though I'm in graneville I'll try to come out once a week. She did a fabulous thru the program we did and I think she makes a great coach Carolyn Midence. It wouldn't let me choose her name on the list as didn't have her onlist. She answers any questions we ask her. I"d rate her a 10.
