Karli is the best coach I’ve ever seen in the whole world. I’ve been doing CrossFit for five years. I’ve dropped in to CrossFit gyms in over five states and I’ve never seen a coach this good. I highly suggest you try CrossFit Lake Travis.

Zach has always helped with my form, even when I get frustrated with myself - he stays patient and encouraging throughout. Today, I noticed I’ve improved on one specific area: my hip hinge during deadlifts. Because of his coaching, I managed to increase my deadlift weight, feeling stronger and more confident with each rep.

LV is a CrossFit coach rock star
Still trying to establish a solid cadence, so I end up coming late sometimes. While I hope it’s not too disruptive to the class and not disrespectful to the coach, I’m happy Im able to attend (which would be totally fine if i was denied). It’s clear the coach is attentive to each member’s pace and makes sure no one feels left behind, which makes showing up even on off days worthwhile. He sometimes calls out things that he noticed or observed as hes pacing through the class or at the end of the class. I see peoples face light up when they realize that they have been making progress everyday and i think thats great! Lastly, highly suggesting recording results on app and starting commitment club are great tools and have been finding it useful.

10/10 class. Spencer is engaged and always watching everyone and giving feedback. And the warm up was nice and long which I feel leads to better sessions.

First day back after 2 months. Had surgery and am experiencing limited movement. I shared my plan with Karli for the workout, she gave me insight on how to move and made sure I felt comfortable and safe by checking in on me multiple times during the workout. Very glad I had Karli this morning!

Today was my first class at CF Lake Travis and I enjoyed it so much. I was initially super nervous because it’s been nearly 10 years since I’ve stepped into a box. I felt so welcome and was put at ease right away. Karli was warm and supportive and I so appreciated her keeping a close eye on me. I’m so glad I found you guys and can’t wait to come back!

LV elevates the class experience. Her energy, enthusiasm, encouragement and focus on solid movement make class more enjoyable and effective.
Haven’t worked out in like 3-4 years and she made the workout intense but a lot of fun and chill. Didn’t feel awkward or pressured around the class and excited for the next session.

Saturday morning community WODs at CFLT feel like a holiday where family is coming together to celebrate. The community here is so warm and welcoming. That same community is also aware of one’s desires to see results and in my experience pushed to be better in the most encouraging and respectful way possible. I discontinued my membership after moving to South Austin but miss it so much I am considering moving back to the area just for the gym.

Extremely competent, wade’s personality instills confidence in the work. Hard not to push yourself around him. Great advice and reading different personalities while keeping the group connected.
Decided to drop in with a friend. What a great decision! Karli gave great pointers and cues to everyone, even us drop ins. Sometimes you don’t get that as a drop in. Felt welcomed by both her and the gym members. Not to mention it was clean and dang what a tough workout! I’ll be back to this encouraging environment. I even got a membership!

Zach’s class was great! The owner Karli was also there taking the class. Both them and their members of a 515AM class were so welcoming!!! It made it easy to enjoy the class and not feel like an outsider! The ripe climbs were a great relearning esp since I workout in my garage, with no ropes. Zach was helpful also with a quick box jump over tip for me to help save some time in the workout. 10/10 would go back when I’m in town! Thanks so much!!

Coach Zach is a fantastic CrossFit coach who demonstrates movements with exceptional clarity, making it easy to understand and follow. He’s incredibly attentive, always offering helpful, personalized feedback to improve technique and get the most out of every workout. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, Zack made sure everyone felt supported and challenged. His energy is motivating, his cues are clear, and he always keeps an eye on form and safety. Today’s workout was highly challenging in terms of skill, but completing it felt incredibly rewarding. Karli provided attentive coaching, closely guiding each team member through the movements during the skills workout and the WOD. She’s able to identify our individual’s area of improvements and actively offered valuable tips to help us perfect our ring and bar muscle-ups, making the session both supportive and effective.
Coach Wade did a great job as usual! Made the class feel warm/welcoming and explained how to perform each exercise appropriately. It was a heavy round workout but he was very encouraging to make sure we pushed through!
Firstly, David is a fun coach. He’s always in a cheery mood and that makes class a lot more palatable. David takes his time warming us up and showing proper form which is ALWAYS helpful. He is good about speaking with each individual during class about form and is a good motivator. If his tattoos and flawless muscle-ups scare you away, his big smile and genuine personality will bring you right back. Coach David is a great addition to the gym!

David is awesome. I’m just getting started and he’s helped me each class correct my technique. He’s very present and really helps take any newcomer jitters away especially when this gym is full of people that are crushing it. Very friendly gym and people in general. And the gym owner Carli (hope I’m spelling that right) is awesome too. Help my wife and I understand that we can come in as a whole family, including our two young daughters. Which really helps us to be able to do the classes in the first place. Totally recommend David & CFLT to anyone at any level of CF.

Coach Dustin is such a fun and welcoming coach. He explains the workout well and always offers great options. Would be nice to have a quick question of the day each class to get to know people better.. I.e if you could be an animal for a day what would you be? Or would you rather walk backwards or crawl for the next year.. just quick answer fun questions.

Being somewhat new to weight training, Zach was patient and insightful and didn’t hesitate to offer a little extra attention when he noticed me struggling with my form. Will definitely be back. A very welcoming energy from my first class at CFLT

Best coach out there! Coach Karli encourages you to do your best at your own pace and speed. She guides you to be the best version of you even if you have to scale everything. I love having Karli coach classes because she knows where you are in training and she never pushes to do what you can’t do. She is very accommodating and always has a smile on!

She did amazing, I have been coming for close to two years now and am still learning new things. Today I improved my hook grip considerably for my cleans and improved my false grip on the rings. Karli is the best, she is super attentive and makes time for every person in class and was there to motivate me when I needed the push!
