Monday night with Becky is one of my favorite classes! Great warmups, excellent instruction and always a good time.
Today was my first CrossFit introduction session with Ravee, and it was amazing! 💪 Ravee was super encouraging and patient, guiding me through each movement step by step. The workout was challenging but very motivating, and I could already feel myself getting stronger. I really appreciated how Ravee focused on my form and made sure I felt confident with every exercise.
He’s a great coach. Shows us how to do the workout movement before. As he is working out, he keeps an eye on us and gives us tips. Awesome class!
Ravee is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand my goals and adjust the training to fit my personal needs. Every session feels motivating and challenging in the best way. I’ve seen great progress and always feel supported.

CrossFit Kerosene and coach Torri were fantastic. Warm-Up and daily programming were well structured and Torri was instructional, engaged, and gave regular cues to everyone. I will certainly be stopping in again the next time I’m in town!

Had a fantastic time. Great warm up, Joseph kept everything moving nothing felt rushed or unprepared. Really appreciated the cues even during the AMRAP.
I dropped in to switch things up from my usual CrossFit gym… what a great atmosphere. The minute I walked in, Coach Kasey welcomed me helping me sign in. Every single member was so kind and accepting. The class was paced out perfectly with a warm up skill, lift and then a lovely w.o.d. I’ll definitely be back :)
I've been doing crossfit since 2021. I met Blake this morning as a first time at Kerosene. I actually got excited looking at some of the equipment he has to offer for workouts, like big tractor tires . I look forward to joining and meeting my new goals at Kerosene.
First timer today and Kasey was super helpful in ensuring proper form & very motivating. It was a tough, but fun class and I will definitely be back!

Knowing my limitations due to knee surgery, she was constantly checking to ensure proper form was executed and I was not overdoing the lifts. Very attentive during the strength and workout. Thanks.

Blake did a great job doing a general warm up and making sure our legs and back were ready for the heavy deadlifts today. It would have been nice to do some chest warm up since there were so many dips right off the bat. my chest felt somewhat strained the first couple rounds as it warmed up. Blake had a really positive and encouraging attitude. It would be nice to receive some constructive feedback to improve. Over all the class was a lot of fun, more than I expected and everyone was very welcoming. The owner ran and grabbed his belt for me to borrow on the last round of deadlifts which was very thoughtful. Great box and fun to visit. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town.

Coach Virg is the first person I met when I walked into this gym 4 years ago. I joined that same day! She always helps every athlete in her class. She pays attention to those who have injuries and suggests safe modifications. She is kind and knowledgeable.
David always does a great job on our 5.30am classes!
Brandon is great. Very helpful at adjusting the workouts for me as a beginner and is a great coach! Looking forward to more workouts with him.

Torri is an amazing coach. Always creating unique warmups and thoroughly explaining the workouts. The evening classes have been my home for a while now and I’ve had a great time since joining.

I only come to see Heather. She always makes me feel like I can do whatever workout it is and I never feel ashamed or embarrassed if I can’t do the movements or weights! Love her positivity.

Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares that everyone has a GOOD workout while honing in on good, safe form. He knows exactly when to push you and he’s great at identifying what you’re capable of. He really enjoys coaching and it’s evident! I really learn something new everytime he’s coaching.

Becky offers great feed back during your lifts to help with proper form and technique. The class is environment she creates is fun and everyone is very supportive.
