The coaches at CrossFit Kaneohe are Amazing! Thank you Coach Ed for taking the time to break down movements, correcting my form and providing positive reinforcement. Our WOD today included bench press and sandbag carry. Coach was there with us every step of the way jumping in to spot as needed and cheering us on. Coach Steph was great! She was able to help me focus on my snatch and jerk. Shoulders over knees, (sassy back) and opening up my shoulders. Still a work In progress, but she made me comfortable with the adjustments. Mahalo Coach Steph!

Coach Steph is great. Always keeping class engaged and pushing forward. She gives clear instructions to the entire group, but also checks on each individual and gives encouragement, tips, corrections, and suggestions specific to that person. Even when she’s tired, she still gives her best to us as a coach. I’m grateful to be part of CFK and have her as my coach!

I thought it was great. I really liked that the warm-up was time limited and moved at a good pace, which allowed for time to do a cooldown and stretch together at the end after the WOD.

Love any day you life heavy! Warmup was really good for warming up the shoulders and legs for the lifts, doing extra squat therapy before lifting to recognize those key points during the lifts and progression into the weight for the workout.

Good fun class. Mel knows how to keep people moving and smiling. Progressions are quick to keep people moving yet comprehensive to ensure the movements are done safely, paying particular attention to newer athletes starting their CrossFit journey. Great coach, great class, great fitness.

Class today good. Malia helped me with my form 1-1 and was very encouraging!. Also awesome she’s still coaching and able to demo pregnant. Only feedback- project her voice a little bit more. Some instructions were slightly hard to hear. :)

I could not be happier with Ed as an instructor. He has very accurate and useful critiques on my form that actually helps me improve. He also has a great positivity that comes off as very genuine. I wish I had constructive criticism to give, but all I can honestly say is that he exceeds my expectations as a coach and each session is a good time.

I always look forward to taking Craigs class. He is very attentive to everyone in class. I love that he explains each exercise very well and provides feedback for improvements. Jeriod is a great coach, with a great vibe who makes everyone feel welcome. He leads the class with clear instructions and gives 1:1 feedback (even in large groups) to ensure we exercise in a way that is both challenging and safe. I’ve learned a lot from Jeriod and keep improving from his guidance.

Ed’s a great coach. He does a really nice job of spending time ion each movement and explicitly highlighting the points of performance, which I appreciate because it gives me specific things to focus on. He also has a good eye for movement and is able to provide corrections as we go. Most importantly, he takes CrossFit and the class seriously, but not so seriously that it impedes having fun. I enjoy Ed’s classes immensely.

Class was great. Announcements made. White board brief explained and demonstrated. Options of the starting weight and workout weight provided along with box heights. Modification options provided to those who needed them. Additonal pre-WOD stretching given plus class had enough time to complete stretching post-WOD. Coach Ed provided lots of cues for our lift and encouragement during our lifts. Music playlist was fine as well.
