She did well. Explanations and examples of stretches and exercises are well communicated and demonstrated. She always does a good job of encouraging everyone throughout the workout but she also corrects postures and form which is something that I appreciate as I try to be intentional about always being aware of and improving on my technique/form so I like to receive the coaching. Other than that it was meh… just alright 😎

I had a great saturday morning pump with Craig. I definitely need some straps for better bar grip especially for hanging workouts. Craig was helpful with adjusting a difficult hanging bar workout by showing me a simpler option while still getting the just of it done. I also realized that my core definitely needs work too. Craig was super helpful with assisting on form and technique throughout the session. He called pushes when Gabe and I needed it which helped us power through. Craig was able to work with both Gabe and I easily and it felt good to be partnered with another new comer.

Today we first worked on a one max rep deadlift and Coach Sean does such an excellent job on explaining and breaking down each movement. It helped me with my form and saving my back. We then had a 9 minute AMRAP and Coach Sean’s positive encouragement really helped me get through it. Thanks Coach for a great class!

Lauren did a great job coaching the Jan 8th, 430p class. I was concerned about my elbow pain and she suggested to go lighter on the bar or use a kb. I appreciated that. She is always positive and very approachable. Great job Lauren!

Well wasn't able to select Brady, so selecting Mama Bear BUT review is for Brady. I actually like the quick, keep moving, pace. It doesn't feel rushed at all and keeps the heart rate up. Demonstration of movements are all on point. A bit of organized chaos with the larger class but it all worked fluidly. Thank Coach Brady!

Love any day you life heavy! Warmup was really good for warming up the shoulders and legs for the lifts, doing extra squat therapy before lifting to recognize those key points during the lifts and progression into the weight for the workout.

Class was great. Announcements made. White board brief explained and demonstrated. Options of the starting weight and workout weight provided along with box heights. Modification options provided to those who needed them. Additonal pre-WOD stretching given plus class had enough time to complete stretching post-WOD. Coach Ed provided lots of cues for our lift and encouragement during our lifts. Music playlist was fine as well.
