I’ve taken a number of classes so far- David (1), Katie (2) and Sam (2) have each coached. Every coach has been thoughtful in their approach, communicated clearly, and completely approachable. I’ve had the privilege of training with David for almost a year now and I can confidently say he is a phenomenal coach who truly invests in his athletes. His passion for coaching and success for his athletes is so evident in each class he is coaching (or in open gym!!). He pushes each individual to reach their full potential (even when they don’t want to) through his knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach for everyone. He had worked with me through crazy night shift schedules, injuries, and so much more. Coming to Invictus and training underneath David has felt like a lightbulb turned on with my own personal fitness journey.

It was great and Sydney is very knowledgeable as well! A plus we ended class with 2 mins to sphere so perfect timing which was very nice for those of us who want to stretch or need to head into work!

5 am classes can be tough because it’s so early. The best thing for the 5 am class besides a good warm up, is high energy from the coach and Sydney sure brings it! It’s greatly appreciated!
