I was visiting from Hawaii and attended CF inversion. They had lots of class times that fit with my schedule and were very welcoming . Desiree was great, friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my time working out there and will be back during future visits.

How are you feeling after a fun class? Great! I love CrossFit. I have a love-hate relationship with CrossFit, but that’s part of what keeps me coming back. The class at CrossFit Inversion was great, with fun, encouraging classmates who really cheered each other on, which made the whole experience energizing. I admire the coach for being up, energetic, and ready to teach at 5 am! They made sure everyone was engaged and motivated from start to finish, demonstrating each move clearly and offering adjustments when needed. That early-morning energy and support made the workout feel challenging but doable, leaving me feeling accomplished and ready for the day.

Great classes! Every coach I've taken class from is very knowledgeable and there seems to be a nice community. This definitely is the type of place that fitness goals can be reached. John Michael adds to a class with his awesome silly questions to help create a welcoming atmosphere. I'm newer to CF and a little intimidated at times so having outgoing coaches really helps me feel part of a group 😊

Des is an amazing coach and trainer. She is super motivating and encouraging! While still pushing me and correcting my form. I’m a newbie to CrossFit and was intimidated but working out in her class and the rest of the team has been the best thing ever. I look forward to working out and get bummed when I gotta miss not just for my mental and physical but the fun social aspect of it. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend CrossFit Inversion.

John Michael informative and detailed on his descriptions of the lifts and made sure that the workout was done with proper form to help ensure safety. He keeps the class engaged and has always done a great job of making the workout fun, even when it is a struggle.

JM is always a great coach… gives detailed instructions, will talk with me about my own workout strategy for the day due to specific injuries, and he’s always personable and positive. One of my favorite coaches.

John Michael is amazing! Makes sure all the members are set up before the workout starts and cares to check how everyone is doing throughout the workout. Is a motivating coach that knows how to run the class efficiently and is always smiling and in high spirits!

Coach Matt has been very supportive since my first day there. Although he has a full class he is still able to keep watch of my form and correct it immediately when needed. Looking forward to more workouts here.
