Great coaching today. I received pointers on my back squats that helped me complete the move more effectively. For example, push back and tighten my shoulders, also grip the floor so my heels don't raise.

Coach Austin is an outstanding coach! No time is ever wasted during his class. I truly value that his warm up today, and always, was specifically designed for the types of lifts we’d be performing during the session. Coach Austin was very attentive to everyone’s technique, providing every person with specific feedback. I appreciate the feedback he gave me regarding my lifts and where to stay at to focus on technique. He is very knowledgeable and I hope he continues coaching oly class because he seems to be invested in the improvement of the members, based on his effective coaching style.

Hell of a warm up
Austin’s absolutely the best. Friendly and inviting. Great coach, gives feedback and corrects form. Gives extra credit work to ensure a full hour of fitness.
She was great. She corrected my technique, she answered all my questions, and was very helpful. Her class was a lot of fun.
Diane is an awesome coach who pushes you while making workouts fun. She pays attention to form and gives solid feedback. Training with her has made a real difference.

Great workout, I enjoyed it and felt challenged
Diane ran a great class. Being newer to CrossFit, she took the time to make sure I was performing the exercises properly. She checked in often and gave tips on how to improve my form.
Matt was friendly, competent, and encouraging as a coach. I will be back when I am in town (I live in Seattle).

Matt was awesome. He ran a very smooth class and was there to welcome me in and show me where everything is. Everyone in class was very welcoming and the gym had a great vibe. Had a great workout and would definitely come back when I am back in the area.
Matt is very supportive. This is the second class I’ve had with him during my 2 years of being with Inversion. He truly shows his coaching capabilities by ensuring that not only myself, but those around me are actively learning the correct movements to each CrossFit workout. What makes sense on one person’s head, doesn’t make sense to another. I enjoy Matt and his ability to train the class as a whole while still focusing on those individuals that need the extra attention.
Victor is a great coach. He always comes around to correct form and explain the “why” behind the movement and form.

I really enjoyed the class with Bernice today! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Throughout the class she was very attentive to form for everyone. She also gave great pointers and demonstrations. I enjoyed todays session very much! Minus the echo bike.

My second drop in at West and it was just as good as the first one. Matt is a great coach and tan the class efficiently with a good rigorous warm up and described the wod and the various approaches well. Will absolutely return next time I’m in the OC.

Austin is one of the best fitness instructors I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He also has a very kind and casual demeanor, and always seems happy to help or answer questions.
Nathan is a great coach. He is very interactive with his class, pushes when necessary (definitely necessary with me) and takes the time to explain movements when I’m not clear.

Nathan introduced himself and brought over a modified workout. He explained thoroughly! I really enjoyed his warm up. And workout was great. He came and corrected where needed and encouraged! He is easy to talk to and answered questions I had about work out! After work out he fist bumped and said good job! Definitely will go back! Great group of people!
Austin is great! He does a great job of presenting movements effectively to novice members and also provides essential feedback to veteran members. Austin also does a good job of working the floor and supporting all members through lifting segments and workout segments. We appreciate his energy!
