Andrew studies his athletes, and challenges himself to find coaching (feedback) opportunities for us every day. I love it. On Split Jerk day, he asked everyone if they wanted him to gently (and by surprise) push them from behind, to see what their dominant foot was. I choose to do it. He suggested that, based on my result, I switch legs that i step back with. It felt super strange but we kept talking thru it throughout the workout and he kept watching me, and I think I'm going to stick with it! He also recommended I hold the bar with a fuller grip (on my palm v. fingers) which was helpful also. I always appreciate being coached by Andrew.

Austin brings the right kind of energy for a Monday morning. Encouraging with a balance of intensity. At least for me, it’s needed. He manages the athletes with a calm approach. I enjoy his class.

I had achilles surgery and from what I learned is that Austin also went through a similar surgery. He's been very helpful with guiding me back to full strength, as he knows exactly what I'm going through.

Dallas was very friendly and welcoming. He broke down the plan for the day and came to follow up a few times with me on different movement, form, etc. He did it in a way that was informative and didn't make me feel dumb. He gave good tips and demonstrated movements to make sure I understood the assignment. Group classes give me mild anxiety and I overthink and compare myself to others. Crossfit also comes with an intimidating stigma for me and I didn't feel as out of place as I anticipated I would. I would absolutely attend another class coached by Dallas. The overall environment with those that attended the class was also positive and motivating.

Everything was great. The warm-up was good and the athlete engagement during the workout was great as well. If any feedback could be given, it would be to spend a little bit more time going through the “points of performance“ of the movements. Overall, your coaching has really improved since you started. I look forward to coming to your classes on Tuesday and Wednesdays.

This review is not for the current date. I enjoy Chad's with and expert knowledge. Chad does a good job of sharing with athletes the finer mechanics of a movement. He is always coaching to help ab athlete improve form and technique.
