It was Amie as the coach but not an option. Yesterday's workout was great. Honestly I don't have much to contribute. I still feel new and have only been going for about 5 weeks. Taking it slow as to not injure myself and have fun getting stronger and healthier. I like the dynamic of the classes. They make sure the blood is flowing and muscles are warmed up for the days load.

Dallas did a great job this evening. He helped me/ gave me some pointers on my squat cleans about some things to try to help with some heavier lifts. As well as some pointers on the kipping part of hand stand pushups.
