Vicky is very approachable and takes the time to explain each movement clearly, which makes a big difference when learning new exercises. During my classes with her, she noticed when my form was off and gently guided me to adjust, helping me avoid injury and get the most out of each workout.

Coach did great today, and she let's me run my mouth....lol. I enjoy the 5:30 and 8:30 classes because of the people. Although we are constantly talking, probably making coach mad, I feel like we stay on track pretty well, and are there for the same goal. I may or may not be SO much STRONGER than Coach Kyle so that also helps.

The coach kept the energy up with a great choice of music that matched the pace of the workout perfectly, which made it easier to stay motivated. I was especially impressed by how she could switch seamlessly between English and Spanish, creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Kyle, was very welcoming. I was introduced to the group. Kyle was knowledgeable and shared proper technique in all movements and offered scaling options. I appreciated that Kyle offered me different options, if needed, for the class.

Coach Kyle is the best! She knows how to keep the class engaged and pays great attention to detail, especially when it comes to complex movements in the workouts. I’ve been part of the CrossFit community for over 10 years, and I’m still learning better ways to move and be more efficient in my workouts thanks to all our great coaches!

Avery was very kind and helpful. This was my first ever CrossFit class, that alone my first time lifting weights like that.. she explained everything so well. The others tha were doing the workouts were also kind, once we were finished they went around and said great job etc. todays experience has made me want to go back!

The first time experience I had was amazing! Not only was Kyle welcoming and encouraging but so was the whole class. We all even have a joke now!! I love it.
Julie is an amazing coach! She is one intuitive coach who understand the level of fitness and endurance of athlete, and breaks down complex movements into simple, actionable steps, ensuring safety while still pushing to achieve our personal best. I am just a beginner and she makes sure I build correct form of snatches, front & back squats, thrusters, wall-balls (so many other things, I can’t name them all here) and that I pay attention to form than weight or timing. Julie has be super motivating in every class I had with her. During WOD, she even helps adjust weights or encourage with right guidance. She genuinely cares and checks on me, even when am traveling so I keep up. She always had reminded me of my strength when I don’t believe in self and makes me perform more confidently. Honestly, with her words of encouragement and guidance, I look forward to keep working out and be a better strong person each passing day. If anyone looking for a coach who’s knowledgeable, fun, and genuinely cares about progress and overall health, one can’t go wrong with Julie Christian. She is beyond awesome!!
Coach Trent is awesome! He explains every movement really well, makes sure your form is on point. His energy and motivation make you want to push harder every time.
Trenton was attentive to everyone in the class and took time to watch each athletes lifting position. Trenton motivated the athletes to push themselves throughout the workout.
Matt did great. The man knows his stuff. He is easy to talk to and gives great pointers to help you achieve your best.

The warm up was perfect for the WOD. Really appreciated the barbell trap smash. Hadn’t done that before, but I plan to use that weekly on my own. Great instruction on the different scales for hspu.
Really good class with a clean gym, friendly people, and knowledgeable coach. Super helpful how he laid out the scaling options and made sure everyone was doing what they should.
Joe has a way of explaining certain movements that help me grasp what I'm doing right or wrong.
Avery did a great job leading the class and taking control. She offered a thorough explanation of the movements in warm up and the skill work. Only suggestion would be to add some deadlifting points of performance on proper technique/positioning, but I understand that you were in a multi week cycle. Great job overall!

I have been training at CrossFit High Bar for about ten months.. I believe I have improved my strength and cardio since starting.. Kyle always has a challenging workout planned… I look forward to working out with the others in the group.. Kyle is always observing our movements and making sure we are doing the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit..
Kyle is great. She leads us by example. We see her passion for CrossFit in her own outstanding fitness level and personal dedication in all she does. We watch and learn from her, she encourages us to push ourselves above what we thought we were capable of. She is knowledgeable, teaching us proper form to avoid injuries, walking us through every aspect of the workout, and answering our many questions. The warmup, strength training, and workout of the day, are varied from one class to another and keep our body’s on wake-up mode. She is helpful, she modifies when needed for individual needs, and is our biggest cheerleader. Our Life and Longivity class is such a blessing. We have made friendships and improved our physical fitness. What I most love about Kyle is she doesn’t limit us, because we’re 50+, she has us do hard things, because she knows we can, and we are the better for it. She is our biggest cheerleader and cares about our fitness. Thanks, Kyle ❤️

Trenton is my favorite coach at the gym… he’s helpful in a constructive way and pushes in the way that I need a coach to push. I’ve not had positive experiences at gyms in the past and Trenton makes me feel very safe, which is such a huge deal for me! I literally just am in love with our gym so hard!!!

It was a really cool gym. Had every type of workout equipment that you would need for cross fit. The coach Kyle was very professional and lead the class with great excitement and enthusiasm. She did a great job with warming up the class and encouraging us during the workouts. I will definitely be taking another class.

Awesome as always! Super thorough and explains everything so well. I also got a great tip about using a hook grip for farmer’s carries to improve my grip. 🤗 I usually use a hook grip on a barbell, but never thought to try it on a kettlebell,it always felt a little weird. But it definitely helped me maintain my grip longer! Thanks Avery 😁

Joining high bar is one of the Best decision I ever made! I didn't know what to expect on my first day but surprisingly everyone was so welcoming & helpful! Vicky is amazing! Always helpful & motivating, can't say enough of how grateful I am for having her as my coach. This new journey has being a life changing experience for me.
I love this CrossFit gym. I’ve been going to CrossFit hi bar since 2018. I learned so much from this gym. I love the community. I love the culture this gym creates. I love the coaches. At first I was so intimidated with the cool stuff they do. But they make it so approachable and doable. They genuinely care about you and will “meet you where you’re at.” I won’t be where I am in my fitness journey if not for this gym. 10/10 would recommend!
Avery is a great coach, always chill, always willing to help you scale if needed. She is not afraid to call you a psychopath for doing 100 doubles and a friend in the same sentence. 10/10 recommend going to her class if you’re new or OG.

How did Kyle do today? Let me paint the picture. The barbells were heavy, the music was loud, and the energy in the room was borderline electric. And in the middle of it all—there was Coach Kyle, part Jedi Master, part Drill Sergeant, part stand-up comic, making sure we didn’t collapse into a puddle of sweat and bad form. She wrangled the rowdy, hyped up the hesitant, and somehow still found time to coach me on my Tempo back Squats with the perfect mix of encouragement and “you can do this” side-eye. Everyone got their share of praise, correction, and momentum—just how a great class should be run. Kyle doesn’t just keep the class moving—she leads it with intention, energy, and an athleticism that makes us all want to push harder (even if we’re quietly dying inside). She’s responsible, ridiculously fit, and has the rare ability to make you laugh while you're wheezing through the last round of thrusters. 10/10. Would suffer through again. 👏
Briley is a great coach. She is attentive to the class’ needs and is super knowledgeable about movements and scaling varieties given skill level. As well, she genuinely cares about the people which is the cherry on top of it all.

Today and everyday has been motivating for me. I like the structure and instructions that I get from Kyle. The one on one advice I receive while in class is great and ensures me that I am getting the most out of each workout. Life and Longevity and Crossfit classes are the best fitness programs that I have found!
