Awesome! Whenever I come to a workout I feel very safe because I can rely on the coaches’ assessment of my skills. Lindsay knows exactly what I can do and what I cannot yet do and always finds ways of helping improve. This makes CrossFit so much fun. Simply awesome!

I loved today’s class, love a heavy lift day! The atmosphere created by Coach Ray was supportive and encouraging. She was able to give precise feedback to help correct our form while we moved through the workout.

As always, Coach Nicole brought her enthusiasm and knowledge to our class today. She is no-nonsense, professional and encouraging. I feel confident rowing, but she still taught me a few new things about lower back muscle use and how to pace my breathing. She offered targeted cool down ideas too, and I left energized and motivated. Thank you!
Zora did a fantastic job leading class today. They were clear in their coaching, attentive to everyone’s form, and motivating throughout. It felt like a supportive environment while still being pushed to work hard. Definitely a great experience
Coach Danielle was awesome! I’m fairly new to CrossFit and she took time throughout class to make sure I was doing the movements correctly (well she tried!). I’ll be back!

Rayanna was great. She made sure I felt welcomed and I loved her walk through of the warmup. I also appreciated that she was always checking my form.
Ray always brings great energy and vibes to class and at 5 a.m….we need it!! Definitely enjoy the warm-up and mobility to get ready for the WOD. She keeps you motivated through the workout. And most important, her old skool music playlist is the best!

Today was a fun class at CFHR with Coach Zora! Her energy and enthusiasm create a motivating and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, regardless of skill level. You can tell she is passionate about coaching and genuinely cares about helping athletes grow.
Lindsay was not in the drop down of coaches to select from. Lindsay is a very thoughtful coach and will work with any individual limitations an athlete may have so they get the most from the workouts. She is encouraging and very positive in attitude. Even though you are tired from the workouts you leave her classes happy.
Danielle came up with great scaling options that allowed me to get in a good workout within my limits. I appreciated her helpful cues on my form and her words of encouragement!

Great coach that led us all through a thorough warmup while ensuring to key on certain aspects of the stretching to prep us for the workout. Rayanna’s energy during the workout was also something that kept the class motivated.
Was a drop in for this class. Great coaching and good feedback. It was nice that Danielle always had her eyes scanning the group and offering tweaks or encouragement. Great class!!
I loved the tip on driving the kettlebell down back between your legs, very helpful.

Lindsay takes the time to provide proper warm up for the workout programmed for the day while evaluating each athlete to ensure the proper mechanics and adjustments are made for a safe and effective workout.
Since first day I got here everybody was very candy and welcoming, Amanda always correct me during my exercises when I do something wrong, also I love the combination of the wourkouts. To me is being a very good experience and I’m sure that I choose the best crossfit in the city!
Nicole is an excellent coach and gives great feedback. She is friendly and detailed. Todays workout was difficult and the weather was hot but her positive and motivating attitude made made it a wonderful experience (or about as wonderful as crossfit can be in mid 80’s weather). I should add for posterity that I am a huge weenie when it comes to heat.
Known Lindsay for several years now and she’s been a fantastic coach and helps you stay on whatever you fitness goals are.

I had a great time nearly keeling over and dying. It was very challenging given the amount of running and the back to back nature of training like that. I liked it even while I hated it. Ray was encouraging and great at alternative movements when I couldn’t do something due to my litany of injuries.
Lindsay was awesome! Her warm welcome and comforting presence helped keep me motivated while the cues were perfectly timed. She has an amazing balance of CF coach to mom so all ranges of athletes get the needed support. Thanks again!

I feel Tony did a great job especially considering that I'm new and needed additional help with form, etc. He made sure I had to the correct form, answered all my questions, and also encouraged me to dig deep on the workout. It was a great experience and I look forward to future workouts!

Zora is great. I just had a conversation with my husband about how attentive Zora's coaching was during class. Bonus for me that she waits until the set is over to provide feedback, so you're not interrupted mid-set.

Lindsay is an empathetic coach…without fail, she quickly suggests a pathway through what would be an impossible workout for me…one that offers success but remains personally challenging. On this day, 3 of the stretches were new-to-me as her coaching repertoire is vast and ever-expanding. Best hour of my day whenever Lindsay is coaching.

Lindsay did GREAT! Her attention to everyone's technique was exceptional. "Watch those heals, Mike!" I heard call out from other side of the gym. She was able to catch it mid rep. I love the feedback.
This was my 4th class. The workouts and coaching are great for all skill levels! Plenty of nice equipment and great environment to train and learn. Highly recommend CFHR!

I absolutely dislike the feeling of a GHD because I have yet to convince my brain that I am not going to fall. I appreciated that Dani pushed me to try it while also being supportive and standing there to give me a measure of how far back I was going.

This is my first time joining CrossFit and I love the structure of the program and the community! Danielle is a loving and caring coach with every single one of us! She personalizes your routine to your capacity and keeps an eye on all of us! She keeps us animated and finds subjects to engage the entire group working out 🏋🏼♀️! Ive never felt so welcomed into a gym!

Ray is always fantastic! The coaches really make you want to come and work out because they feel more like friends who are helping us on our fitness journey. Ray is like your best friend, keeping up with your life happenings while giving you excellent coaching. Nicole is one of our newer coaches and she is a gifted explainer for all parts of her coaching from the warm up to the WOD and anything in between. She is very clear and precise on adjustments so you know exactly what to work on.
Coach Zora keeps you motivated during the workout even when you feel like giving up.
