I've had a couple classes with Amanda. She brings such great energy to the class! She also provides really helpful tips on form and additional stretches or exercises to work on specific areas.
Ashley is a very welcoming guy. He took the time to walk me through each exercise step by step, demonstrating the proper form and explaining the purpose behind every movement. What stood out was how he didn’t just repeat the same advice; when it seemed I understood the previous suggestions, he offered new, clear improvements to help me progress further. His guidance felt personalized and encouraging, which helped me stay confident even when the exercises got challenging. The whole experience was supportive without being overwhelming.
Tom is really great about giving feedback about technique in every area. If something needs adjusted even slightly, he will let you know in a positive and tactful way. I look forward to class when he is coaching!

Brandon was great. I've visited lots of boxes all over the country, and the staff and facility are top notch. Great warmup, proper explanation of the movements and lots of enthusiasm throughout the workout. I will be returning when in town.

I’m a returning Drop-In from NC. I barely started to introduce myself and Corey already had remembered me from the past drop-in. Great coaching, all movements demonstrated, workout was fantastic. It was a partner WOD and Ashley and I had a great go of it. Looking forward to the next time I’m in Dayton, will drop in again.

Simple and easy to understand workout. Tom provided pointers to be more efficient on the rowing machine and also took time after class to show me how to use a piece of recovery equipment
She did a fantastic job of breaking down the technique of multiple lifting forms to accommodate all levels of experience, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. I love knowing I’m not only being pushed in my physical ability, but my body and form awareness as well.

This was my first crossfit I've done so I appreciated stepping through all of the exercises and having warmup being light versions of main set to practice any new movements. Looking forward to more classes!

Corey’s name isn’t on the list….but he did a really nice job. I like how he went over the work out. He did a nice job walking around and talking with each person. It could be fun to play a lil game for warm up to meet and greet the others?
I thought today’s class was really helpful. It happened to target movements that I needed help in so I might be a bit biased, but Brandon was able to take time to improve our form in piecemeal exercises and improve strength in the WOD. Thanks for the good workout!
Class started and ended on time. Tom was detailed and helpful while moving the class through progressions. He offered cues and information to move more efficiently. Class was great!
