Class was super tough today but I love the environment at Crush. Coaches and teammates are always supportive, encouraging and kind. Travis does a great job at coaching proper form and pushing you to work harder.

Travis was great. He went over all the movements for class, offered alternative movements, and how to adjust each movement to give everyone a chance to work on more difficult movements during class. He was constantly moving around the gym during the workout, offering suggestions for improvement and praise. Great class today.

Derrick was extremely helpful in class today. He pushed me to go unbroken when I normally would’ve put the bar down. Plus he was playing the freaking bangers all class long. My favorite is when I’m dying mid workout her whispers sweet nothings in my ear until I start moving again. Love that dude

Travis really made you feel welcomed when you walked in, positive attitude and helps you every step of the way, even that extra push you need towards the end of a set. The atmosphere was not awkward, everyone was kind and ready to crush todays workout. Definitely a place to challenge yourself 👍

CrossFit Crush is a great place to train, the community is fantastic and it helps keep me consistent even on days I’d rather be sitting at home. For me consistency is the hardest part of working out and to have a home base like Crush is a great way to battle the sirens song of the couch.

Kala is an amazing coach her clear explanations and hands-on guidance have made a significant difference in my technique and her tips on body positioning and timing have helped me improve my form. The wall walks and snatches have been challenging but her encouragement and constructive feedback have motivated me to push through. I never thought I could achieve that level of strength and coordination, but her belief in my ability has made a huge impact.

The trainers are always so up beat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community CFC (CrossFit Crush) has built is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you want be disappointed. Today's WOD was amazing, that's the heaviest C&J (Clean & Jerk) I've attempted. Overall the WOD and coach were inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is always upbeat and the atmosphere is awesome.
