Jason coached to today and isn’t in the drop down. He does a good job covering technique and enforcing it from the athletes. Virtuosity in movement should remain the foundation of all workouts and be ruthlessly enforced on ALL athletes.

Great teaching and explains everything great
Very helpful- corrected my form that I have probably had wrong for years. I was wondering why my knees had been hurting! Very patient and didn’t push me too much. Helped me feel comfortable on my first day with weights.
Was a fun class! Lots of energy in the gym and everyone was very welcoming!
Jason provided clear instructions on the Hyrox training exercises. Although the exercises for this class is not too complicated, he is proactive in overseeing the training to make sure each exercise I do is performed correctly / optimally.
Kenny is always on point with the feedback he gives and tips to improve. I always enjoy being coached by him.
Tyler provides expert coaching, including the bio mechanic explanation of what you are doing right and what you need to improve. Is excellent in a group setting, individually, or with youth training. Highly recommend!
Kaili was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I enjoyed the class Kaili coached. Kaili spent time with me before class, several times during, and after class to coach, explain, and see how I'm doing. She’s great at breaking down complex movements into simple steps, which really helps me as an older person working on strength training. Far and above the most insightful coach when it comes to technique improvements. He has an eye for subtle nuances that very few possess.
Kenny was awesome. Took time to make sure that I was familiarized with each movement, how to scale them, and introduced me to a few folks in the class. It was a fun, intense WOD, and I felt right at home.

Josh has the best dynamic warmup routine, he really eases everyone into the strength cycle by properly focusing on good movement. He’s very attentive during the workout and eager to explain proper form in an easily consumable way 💪🏼
