What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Crossfit Comeback? The coaching is 💯. Learning the correct form is so fundamental. Bradley coached a great class today, always watching to be sure your form is correct.
Olivia is great! She can call out your form from across the room, like an eagle eye. She's interactive, supportive, makes me feel welcome and supports the newcomer!

I LOVE being coached. I appreciate favorable and constructive feedback. Lydia was encouraging while I was working out, and that gave me the mental boost I needed to finish the workout. I appreciate her for helping me figure out where to place my hands during the front squat to avoid wrist injury and pain. Great training session!

Every coach here at Comeback is awesome, but Olivia is one of my favorites! Workouts here are great and the atmosphere Olivia and the other coaches create makes it easy to stay motivated and look forward to coming back.
Lydia always does a great job. I appreciate how she observes each athlete and offers suggestions to improve their form. She believes I can do one more rep even when I doubt myself. She’s a wonderful trainer.
What’s one personal change you’ve noticed since joining? I have gotten stronger with some of the movements and form is getting better. I’m taking one day at a time now after the back surgery.
Coach Adam is amazing. He is always available during every session to carefully watch my form and step in to correct it when needed, ensuring I avoid injury and get the most out of each movement. Beyond that, he offers steady encouragement that keeps me motivated even when the workout gets tough. I feel very supported at Crossfit Comeback - not just by Adam but by everyone around. The community here is the best! There’s a real sense of camaraderie that makes coming to the gym something I look forward to. Whether it’s sharing tips, cheering each other on, or just exchanging a smile after a challenging set, this place feels like more than a gym - it’s a space where I belong and keep pushing myself forward.

Olivia is one of my favorite coaches at CFC but she has a way of explaining the right way to do it but with so much kindness and humility. Her classes are a wonderful mix of peaceful and motivational.

The workout was great! We went through a mix of strength training and cardio drills that really kept the energy high. The coach was attentive, making sure everyone kept good form and encouraging us to push a little harder during the tough rounds. I had a lot of fun working out with the group - the atmosphere was upbeat and motivating without feeling overwhelming.
Was very hands on , showing correct movements, breaking things down making it easier to understand. Very encouraging

Olivia did great. She remembered me from last time I dropped in and made sure to speak and shake my hand as soon as I walked in. Shortly after she introduced me to everyone and made me feel welcome and a part of a pretty big class. Her coaching was spot on and very informative. During the workout she stayed engaged while encouraging and coaching each member. Overall it was a great experience.

After a couple of months away from the gym, I finally made it back today-and I couldn't have asked for a better reintroduction. Coach Erin was incredibly attentive and supportive from the moment I walked in. She checked on me throughout the class, offered modifications when needed, and celebrated small wins that helped me rebuild my confidence. I left feeling motivated, capable, and excited to be back. Hugh thanks to Coach Erin for making that happen!

Coach Adam is a triple OG! He will tell you like it is, in the most intentional caring manner. The last thing he wants is an athlete to get injured. Always puts on a great block of instruction and his playlist choice is a little suspect but good nonetheless. 15 out of 10 recommend!

I joined CF Comeback almost two months ago and have really enjoyed my time there. Most of my workouts have been coached by either Erin or Adam. They are top notch. The programming is classic CrossFit and tons of fun.
Friendly, honest with criticism, gave alternative exercises. Had to ask to explain terms. He did.
